Dainty looking shorts for elderly women!
I was looking for a pair of shorts that is not too short for an elderly woman and lightweight enough to wear to exercise classes in the humid hot summer months. Looked on Amazon and found this amazing looking pair of shorts which made out crepe-like material with lace edging to boot. To be sure the elastic waist will fit my 35″ waist, I ordered 2XL instead of my normal size L. Guess what happened? The waist of the shorts is extremely comfortable around my tummy, but the bottom is swirling around my thighs looking like a skort! I love the way it looks on me, making me feel very feminine. I am considering ordering another pair of them in a different color soon!

Beware! The title is misleading! These shorts are not linen but the title says they are linen!
I specifically was looking for linen shorts because linen is very cooling in the summer. Thought I had found the perfect thing, because the title says Linen in capitol letters! So did not bother to read the fine print and now I find they don’t have any linen in them at all. The fit is good and the style is cute, though.

Well Constructed, but they just didn’t look great on my plus size figure
These shorts are well sewn and of good quality material. The ruffle edge and lace trim, not only add to the attractiveness of the pair, but the lace seems to be nicely constructed, so that it will not “unravel” or “fray.” The 100% polyester definitely gives the fabric a stiffer feel that is closer to medium weight. The fit was accurate according to the size chart, as in my 52″ hips fit in the XXL, but I wish there was more allowance, so that it was a little looser fit for comfort. With the tighter fit, I didn’t like them as much, so I will be wearing them with a longer top when I do choose them. Because of this, I wasn’t as pleased with their appearance on! Plus, they were Bermuda shorts length!

awkward shape, but comfortable
These are better suited for non petite women. I am on the small side and they look awkward/bulky on me even though they’re a size small. The loose fit is comfortable though, and they do look just as pictured. The fabric seems durable and well sewn. The crocheted trim is durable too.The color is accurate to the photos.

Rare find
Really nice shorts! Not too short or long. I feel they’re feminine enough without looking inappropriate or suggestive. Very comfortable too. Size medium, height 5’7″ & 163 lbs in case that helps someone.
