Great product This is stylish, heavy duty and holds everything in the corner out of the way. So easy to install. The suction cups snap in and youâre done! Love these!
Clean, pleasant look with great adhesion – even to tiles that do not have a glasslike finish Overall, very pleased with this product. We got the four pack and used them across two bathrooms. We found these to be a great way to have a firm installation of storage capabilities without drilling into tiles or using glues or stickers.Photo #1 shows what you find when you open the package.Photo #2 shows a close up of the suction system. You remove the plastic sheet and then press down the suction cup, and twist the dial to make a very strong and firm connection. The storage items hang from the hooks. We had best success assembling everything off the wall and then positioning the suction cups with the storage unit already installed – guaranteeing correct spacing of the suction cups and proper level.Photo #3 shows all the goodies in the package.Photo #4 shows the soap dish after installation. Photo #5 is the big storage bin.Photo #6 changes to another bathroom and shows the hook, which rotates freely, after installation. If you use loofah sponges, this thing would be great for you.Photo #7 shows the smaller storage bin in use.In the end, we have four new containers in our bathrooms that have given a lot more storage flexibility, a clean look, no damage, and great strength and adhesion. Not sure what else we could want – and all at a bargain price tag.One last note – there is a difference between the tiles in the two baths. Most were installed over tiles that have a bit of a terra cotta clay feel – they are smooth, but not perfectly so. The loofah hook was installed on a glass top tile with a very smooth surface. Both were flat front tiles, and both obtained great adhesion. We considered using tiles that had an elevated pattern (that you could feel with your fingers) and realized that had we made that choice, we would not have had options to use suction cup devices. If your tiles are flat to the touch, you should be okay. If they have ridges across the tile that do not allow a flat area for the suction cups, then you may want to consider something else (or adhere them to a glass surface). Very easy to give a five star review to these. Very pleased and impressed.
Holds a lot of weight securely! Just an update/question, I would love someone from the manufacturer to tell me why thereâs no holes to drain in the soap dish. There is holes in the top for the soap to drain, but thereâs no holes in the bottom for the water to drain out after that. Still an awesome set Iâm just not gonna use the little soap dish, I donât use bar soap anyway, I was just very curious about it.I put this holder in my shower to hold some of the heavier products like large bottles of soap and shampoo. The basket says it holds up to 22 pounds, I can believe that, itâs very soundly made. the suction âcupsâ are very elaborate and decorative. They donât look like suction cups at all. They hold the product extremely securely, I think that the actual plastic container would break before the suction cups let loose. It was easy to assemble once I understood their lingo of what they called the parts. So far Iâm extremely happy with this and look forward to updating it to five stars if it maintains its durability. Iâll add some pictures in the near future
Ridiculously Effective! Best and most thorough installation AND REMOVAL instructions I’ve ever seen. No adhesive strips that could leave damage or residue, but these offer a truly FIRM grip due to ‘twist and lock’ suction. These caddies are nicely made, and simple to install. Works on flat fiberglass shower, but also in tile showers as well. Clear acrylic. Light, great for drainage of water in between showers, but the real reason to purchase is the suction cups. As you can see, they hold quite a bit of weight even on slightly textured tile! For dorm showers or apartment living, where adhesives are frowned upon, these are perfect. They DO have a little stick on the suction cups, but will remove easily from the wall when needed. There is even a small plastic card included in the package that recommends that you hold on to it for removal, but they advise you could use any thin, plastic card.
Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing I had never seen suction cups like these before. Most items like this lose their suction too quickly and end up on the floor of the shower. But these suction cups have an adhesive coating plus clamps that keep this thing locked in place on the shower wall.Very sturdy. I am able to keep several full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in them. And my wife and I love the way they look. They have a stylish modern appearance to them. Made of strong material, this product is great for the price.
Suction did not hold – Fell off within 20 min Installed baskets per instructions, suction cups fell off smooth, clean, dry tile within 20 min. When the basket fell, the clips broke. I ordered a bundle with the corner shelves, 2 baskets and the small soap holder. The small soap holder has also fallen off the wall. Now the purchase is of no use…what a waste of money!
Plenty of storage space and holds all my essentials I was a little hesitant to try suction based shelving with all my shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. I’m used to using tension pole style corner shelves. These shelves seem to be made of thick and durable plastic that should be able to survive being dropped if the cups don’t hold. After using them for about a week, I don’t worry about it falling off my tile walls anymore. The suction cups that these use to stick to the wall are large pads with enough surface area to get a good seal. This is further enhanced by the locks that create more suction. Just the two suction cups on the large shelf is enough to hold 4 large bottles of product through a hot shower. I have accidentally knocked the shelf as well without it budging. There’s also no worry about water building up inside the shelf as each shelf has drainage along the bottom.
This shower caddy looks really nice in my shower and sticks incredibly well. It can support quite a few bottles at a time, so there’s no need to worry so much about it falling. I really love the thoughtful addition of the little card you can use to pry the suction cups off the wall if you need to move the caddy.I do have a few minor complaints, though: first of all, since there’s no way to easily get water out of the caddy if some ends up in there (and this does inevitably happen), you’re stuck with the water inside unless you soak it up with a towel or pry the caddy off and dump the water out. Secondly, you CANNOT get it to stick between tiles; it doesn’t suction properly unless it’s on a completely flat surface, so if you try to get it to stick to grout, it won’t work. That wasn’t so much of an issue for me as I just moved it to a different corner of my shower, but be aware if you intend to purchase this yourself. Take note of the measurements and plan accordingly. Lastly, I don’t think it’s worth thirty dollars. If you can get it on a discount, it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.
I’m re-organizing my bathroom and one of the first things to tackle is my in-shower storage. This three-piece caddy set is perfect. I was skeptical about the strength of the suction but man, once this is on, it is on. In the largest of the three pieces I have at least two full bottles of shampoo and one conditioner bottle. I also have various other shower accessories in it. Not only does it have ample storage for everything I need, but it can also stand the weight of everything. Plus while the suction is excellent, it can be removed very simply which previous storage containers didn’t have. The set is made out of very sturdy clear plastic. It is easy to keep clean and looks quite stylish. Plus, it comes with drainage holes so mould doesn’t form easily. Everything adheres very level, so the open soap dish sits straight on the wall and doesn’t slant like the ones I’ve tried before, helping to keep the soap from falling. All in all, this is a great set. It holds a lot, and the ease with which it can be removed and installed in another bathroom, without damaging anything makes it perfect for those who are renting.
Adheres easily to a smooth surface, easy to install and remove/reposition if needed. The plastic spokes seem to be a little thin, but as it says that it doesn’t hold a lot of weight, it is okay so far.
