It had 12 outlets, a 5-foot braided power cable, 4 USB Type-A ports, well-spaced outlets, surge protection, and most importantly, no intrusive features.Still craving some “smart” functionality, I purchased 4 Govee Dual Smart Outlets, a brand I’ve trusted for other products/needs, and they fit perfectly with this power strip – a divine pairing indeed. Thanks to the spacious design of the outlets, I managed to fit an additional 8 smart outlets on top of the strip. Controlling various devices in my computer area has never been easier, with an Android tablet screen serving as my command center.Though the power strip has been a game-changer, it’s not without its minor shortcomings. For instance, it uses USB 1.0 ports instead of the more current USB 3.0 and lacks USB-C ports. These are trivial concerns, as I rarely use the USB ports in the first place. Additionally, I spotted a small burn mark on one outlet upon unboxing, but it didn’t impact the functionality. Lastly, the absence of proper mounting brackets was a bit concerning, given my power strip’s location atop a 6-foot cabinet. I’ve made do with using clamps for stability.The Hanycony 12 Plug Power Strip with USB is a fantastic option for anyone seeking a basic power strip that packs a punch in a compact space. It has been a reliable companion in managing my myriad of devices, and I appreciate the added surge protection for peace of mind. This power strip has earned my wholehearted recommendation.

Convenient and I love the size
I love the fact that this product has an on/off switch and surge protection, 12 outlets and four USB plugs, two of the regular variety, and two of the smaller, USB – C. There are many long, narrow extension cord/surge protectors on the market with outlets, but I needed a place to plug in 2 devices that have large adapters and that causes a lot of problems with getting other plugs to fit into the outlets. This product helps because six of the outlets are on the sides of the product and I will be able to plug everything in without a problem.. The other nice thing is that I can just plug my USB charging cords into that section on the end of the product. II just got this one and I love it but the cord is a little too short so I’m going to move it to a different location in my home and buy one of the same product with a 10 foot cord. Excellent!

After my smart watch was fried from a surge, I bought this immediately. So far no surge issues! I live the plugs being on the side and the top, and I love there is USB and micro c outlets and I love that! The cord is braided, which makes it look nice in my room, as it is exposed. I have even packed it and brought it on trips so I can have it in hotels! So nice!
