ĆĀ This is great gear to quick off any workout goal. I recently purchased these Resistance Bands and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The set comes with color coded five bands of increasing resistance, which can be used in combination to provide higher weight. The lowest weight is 10lbs. and the highest is 50lbs. The kit also includes a door anchor for creating points at various heights to pull or press against, two grippy handles, and two padded ankle straps. Overall, I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality resistance band set to add to your workout. Adequate Band Set
I had purchased another brand of resistance bands from a company no longer offering them now, so I was seeking a new 2nd set for various exercises needing 2 long bands. I purchased these and found them to be very different in resistance (lower) to the others which were much more sturdy and better made. These are fine, adequate, but not as good as I’d have liked. The door stopper feels cheap and the carabiners are too small for the nylon attachments. Not the best, but I’m sure not the worst out there.

Multi functional workout bands
ĆĀ I have been working out at home using bands for about 4 years. I have gone through several sets as they tend to break after some usage. These are natural rubber which I am excited for as I think they will last longer. They can be used in a number of different ways. They have handles as well as ankle straps. Also a strap that fits in the door. The handles are very comfortable and seem to be built strong. The straps range from 10lbs to 50pounds and can be used together to a total weight of 150 lbs. I am pleased withese bands and look forward to using them for ba long time. With the bag they will be easy to take when going out of town
I had an issue with the lock , for some reason it still opens even if the lock is applied. The main purpose for my purchase was to had a secure lock . –

Resistance band set 30-300 lbs
I bought this resistance band set to try and be able to work out at the office without having to bring any heavy dumbbells. They are a little different obviously than a standard workout and do require some getting used too. However, I started out on the lighter end and am working my way to heavier resistances. As an anchor, I would use the corner of my heavy desk to hold the other side of the band. IĆ¢ĀĀll do many different routines to try and get the full use of them. Truthfully, you may have to be creative to get the full use of these but they do have a lot of potential.The material seems to be of strong good quality and I havenĆ¢ĀĀt had any issue with them yet. The only advice I would give is to be careful and do the workouts slow to prevent any injury to yourself as these can give you problems if youĆ¢ĀĀre not careful. I like these though and will continue to use them.

Great for an easy way to duplicate lifting weights
I downgraded this specifically because the handles are not nearly as good the ones I got with a similar product I bought at a brick and mortar store. These as narrow and not so sturdy so when you move the webbing rubs on your hand. Since I use these for a specific range of motion it is a problem but if you are using this for all the exercises you can do with these I think the sides of your hands will be irritated. I think the bands are similar and should hold up for years of use. I had an older band break recently so the rubber will degrade eventually. One negative compared to free weights.

The products arrived early. The bands are really well made and the hook attachments make them really easy to attach but they also make me feel a lot safer because the hooks are not just attached with a knot at the end which always made me uneasy on my other set. Very happy with this buy.

The product looks very gimmicky. I’ve used a similar product before at my friend’s place. And I expected a similar quality of this product. But this one was really bad in terms of quality, and also it came in a bubble wrap without any normal branding/packaging. Seemed like someone had used it before. Please do not get this particular product!
