Good way to exercise in small spaces
I dont like going to public gyms to exercise because I get very self conscious and Iâm a beginner to exercise. I saw this being advertise on tiktok and decided to give it a try. While I do feel like those videos exaggerate how strenuous this little thing is, it does provide a good way to get you moving.The assembly was pretty easy, it was really just setting it up to the height/resistance you want for your steps and attaching the resistance bands. The size is also really nice since you can store it away pretty easily so i just tuck mine under my coffee table and pull it out when I want to use it. Its quite stable on its own but you can put it over yoga mat for more stability and cushion (I recommend this if you have a downstairs neighbor).The resistance bands are also nice to have but if you have dumbells at home you can easily make this more tailored to what you need. Overall, I would highly recommend this for anyone thats looking for a compact way to get a light workout in or simply looking to being a little more active.

Iâve been using this for about 3 months now and see a difference in my butt, thighs and legs. I feel more toned.Unfortunately the screen stopped working, but I donât mind because I track my progress, steps and time on my Apple Watch anyway.Itâs very small so I can store it in my closet or under the bed. Itâs not as quiet when stepping but I put a rag under both petals and metal bar to silence the noise of stepping up and down. Has an Easy setup. Oh and Iâm 200 plus pounds and it feels safe and sturdy while Iâm on it.Pretty good product! Will recommend!!

Gosh darn it, TikTok. They made me buy this! Luckily I got it for the same price on Amazon as TikTok had it, and it came THE SAME DAY! TikTok was going to take at least 1-2 weeks.Let me preface this by saying I used to LOVE working out before I had my son, but now itâs a chore. I hate being active because Iâm SO out of shape. Everyone on social media made this look so easy and fun!WELLâ¦. Itâs not! If youâre as out of shape as I am, itâs a serious workout! I was sweating within the first few minutes. Out of breath. Struggling to stick it out. I managed to get 500 steps in and took a break. Throughout the day I hopped on for a few mins here and there.Hereâs my biggest advice: if itâs been awhile since youâve worked out, START SMALL. I overdid it today! My legs feel like burning jello. My arms are extremely sore, to the point I couldnât even pick up my 12 lb cat. ð¥´Start with 3-5 mins, maybe a couple times a day. Work up from there. And donât beat yourself up for it⦠Youâll get stronger!The display is fine, but letâs hope it lasts through me dripping sweat on it. Just ordered some neck towels to absorb the drips.I was able to put it together quickly. Read all the instructions!! It stores away under my bed or in the corner of my room. Itâs a little heavy, so be careful if you have young kids. My 5 yr old was trying to pick it up and almost dropped it on his foot.Overall, itâs quiet and definitely gets my heart rate up while also building muscle. I highly recommend it and will post pics along the way. ðð¼Update: been doing it everyday for small chunks of time. I already feel better (mentally) and can tell this will seriously help me burn some cals. Itâs still quiet. I wish it had a timer on the display, or a way to change the resistance (apparently it does, but itâs not as dramatic of a difference as the ones in a gym).

I thought this was another silly TikTok scam to get people to buy garbage, it is not! This is an actual work our and it WILL tone you legs and butt fairly quickly. Easy to put together and use, you can slide it under your bed when not in use, and it’s a great way to waste time while watching a movie or TV show.

I find it fun to do when watching TV or during work webinars/training. But, unless I’m using the arm bands, I find it hard to get my heart rate above the fat burning zone.Also, I’d like the resistance to be higher. I find it’s good for the first 5 min, but then it softens up way too much. For reference, I’m 185lbs. Unless I do it in a squatted position, it doesn’t tire out my legs.
