Great
the chair actually arrived in a broken package all openned. The delivery driver put another box on top of it to take his picture, very funny, like if I was not gonna see it. Anyways, I was afraid parts were missing or chair was broken too but it was not. It was in great conditions.

Cheap no padding
That arm rest keep coming loose the padding is broken down and now has staples sticking out they lasted about 4 months I bought 2 as Christmas presents for the kids they now feel like your sitting on a board and cut your arms up

It came with a small defect on the seat, but it meets the needs well, it’s comfortable and the head and spine supports are super helpful.

Not worth it at all
Chair is extremely uncomfortable, makes a ton of noise when it moves and makes a ton of noise when you’re sitting in it.Chair is also very unbalanced and prone to easily tipping over.

Nice chair but has a rip on top part of chair
Very happy with the chair and the price is right However it has a rip on the top part of the chair that was there through shipping. I really donât want to send the whole chair back since itâs all unboxed and I need it for work. Not sure if something can be done to make this right.

Deceiving description!
The description stated that the weight limit on this chair was 440 lbs. Upon receiving this item I learned that it was actually rated for 330 lbs maximum. On top of that, the chair is very narrow, uncomfortable and not sturdy at all.

you might as well be squatting on a piece of plywood, no padding, the height cylinder useless the worst way I threw away my money…. shame
