Little beast
I’m from Italy and just bought this laptop from amazon USA. It’s a little beast…Wonderful 240hz screen and top gaming performances.Build quality as Apple (even more).Love it.

The 2023 version is nearly perfect
Itâs actually crazy how well this laptop performs in such a clean, small form factor. The AMD Ryzen CPU is so efficient and makes so much sense compared to its Intel counterpart. You can game on a 14 inch fine if you want, or just plug an external, either or.Really the only issue is the battery life. Iâm barely getting over 3 hours with just Chrome browsing and every setting I can find to limit power consumption. There must be something wrong with the drivers and its use of the dedicated GPU vs integrated. Still trying to find a fix. The battery will be easily replaceable down the line if I have to though (cover is very easy to remove, and itâs easily accessible from there). Also the speaker and keyboard quality flat out arenât good.

Impressed for now!
Quality build and great gaming performance as long as itâs plugged-in.I hope i got the good side of the produced product with so many reviews complaining receiving a defected product. Will update if anything goes wrong! Oh and yeah, the battery life is not itâs strongest suit, Iâll give you that.

I’m really enjoying this laptop!
Design: Extremely well finished, beautiful and elegant.Screen: Excellent color and brightness. I really liked it!CPU: super powerful, but hot.GPU: good gaming performance. Warzone at 160fps in QHD.Thermal: Works reasonably well. Due to its size, it is a hot laptop, its aluminum body helps thermal dissipation, however, under high load, the upper strip above the keyboard becomes very hot to the touch of your hands, with the sensation of burning your fingers if you leave them on for longer 5 seconds.Synapse program: simple and direct interface, however in this first installation of Windows 11 it crashes throughout the startup, having to restart it to be able to use it. Another point that I didn’t like is the custom configuration, because in it I can adjust the cpu and gpu performance, which is great, but I can’t adjust the fans at the same time, which would help reduce thermals. In Games: Great performance in games. I can play AAA games on high or ultra with it on a $10 cooled base while sitting on my couch for hours. At work: Great for work, very responsive.

Nice laptop, but seller has quality control issues
The Blade 14 feels like it was well designed. The finish is a bit of a finger print magnet, but it feels solid and high quality. The keyboard has a nice tactile feel, it’s clicky without being very loud. Overall it feels like a compact premium laptop. Unfortunately the one I received didn’t work, so this was a very expensive paper weight that I had to send back.My experience:The laptop I got was clearly refurbished which I was not expecting, so that was obviously not a great start. I unwrapped it from the stingy amount of bubble wrap, plugged it in, powered it on, and got a Windows error message right out of the gate. I rebooted and was able to finish the Windows 11 setup on my 2nd attempt, no big deal.First I tried to install Chrome and got a CPU timer error blue screen of death about halfway through the install. I rebooted and tried installing Steam, this time I get a different blue screen of death about a bad sector.Ultimately I’m not sure if the issue ended up being hardware or software, but when I ordered a $2000 laptop I expected to be at least be able to boot it up and install Chrome… I returned the Razr, and once the refund processes I will probably order an Alienware X-14.

Spotty USB-C charging compatibility
Doesn’t work with any of my chargers which don’t provide 20vDoesn’t work with any of my 30w chargersDidn’t work with one of my 45w chargersDid not want to draw more than 60w from any charger even though it was capable of 85+w

Great little power house!
My previous laptop was also a Blade 14 with 3070ti which I loved… and it was great until I spilled a glass of wine on the keyboard! 🙁 So I ordered this one, expecting it to perform about the same as my previous one! Things I have noticed are screen a bit sharper, FPS a bit higher, and also, while it does get a bit hot after a while of gaming, it isn’t near as hot as the previous model. So all in all, very pleased with the Razer Blade 14 Gaming Laptop: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS CPU – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.

I absolutely love this powerhouse of a laptop. The RAM is upgradable, and I immediately upgraded to 64GB DDR5 RAM. I wanted a portable, durable laptop that has some decent specs to game, and this laptop fits that need perfectly. I love the CNC aluminum finish, and love how I can actually work with this on my lap without it burning my legs. Highly recommend for those that are always on the go, and need something that is actually portable.

I was _this close_ to returning the Razer 14, but in the end, kept it. It’s a really great machine with some truly obnoxious shortcomings.PROS:* Beastly fast. Upgrading from ultrabook-class notebooks is a relief. I upgraded to 64GB memory internally and this should last a long time.* Svelte enough given its components. There’s nothing else like it on the market.* Bright, beautiful screen and decent-enough keyboard.* Razer lighting customizations are unnecessary but fun :DCONS:* Insanely cheap case screws. I had to dremel them to open the case, and replace with better ones. WTF, Razer, are you thinking on a $4000 machine.* No touchscreen. I get it, I just don’t like it. For what I do, I’d much rather have a decent touchscreen than 240hz.* Only OK touchpad. Specifically, it’s a giant touchpad with only one tiny corner that works for a right-click, which is problematic in Windows.* Ridiculously huge and heavy power brick, and only 50W USB-C PD charging, which is frustrating because under load the computer draws quite a lot more. I am using 100W+ cables and chargers, but can’t get the laptop to accept more than 50W.* No dedicated END key. Yes, there’s fn-right, but this is more annoying than I would have expected ;)I almost returned the laptop after the fiasco just trying to open the case, and honestly am worried about reliability given some of those component choices, but overall it seems like a keeper. And I really enjoy something that’s almost-portable, but plenty powerful for any of my day to day work and games.

Good build quality and amazing design. However, its battery life is not as good as other AMD-CPU laptop. Mine battery life is shorter than 3 hours for no reason, even though I blocked the GPU.

I seem to be experiencing a flickering screen issue that has started as soon as I completed the setup of my laptop. I did update the monitor driver and still the issue persists – Now when I turn on the laptop, the screen shows blank.
