FINALLY the perfect mascara!
I have tiny, fine lashes and small eyes. And I HATE fuzzy spider legs. I’ve found other brands that have a great brush but the formula is too thick, or the formula is great but the wand is so large that it misses my tiny lashes. THIS brush is PERFECT! I do a single layer to grab all the lashes and shape them, and a second layer to darken and thicken them. NO SPIDER LEGS! The formula applies evenly and clump-free. It looks like I’ve had my lashes tinted – natural and very dark. Good job Maybelline!

Great formula, crappy tube design!
First, I LOVE the formula! While it’s not super volumizing, it’s buildable to create enough volume. But the LENGTH that this give you, whew!!! Sky high lashes for sure! Also, the staying power of this mascara is unbeatable. I end up with raccoon eyes with every other mascara, but this one holds in place all day! Even after falling asleep in it I wake up with clean eyes.
My biggest peeve with this product is the tube design. The dang ring that “squeegees” the brush keeps coming off and it’s impossible to find (assuming it gets pushed into the tube) making the mascara unusable. I’ve been using this mascara for years and it’s happened with 100% of the tubes I’ve gotten, about halfway through the tube EVERY TIME! After waiting so long for them to fix the issue, I’ve finally given up hope and switched to another mascara. I’m very disappointed because I do love this mascara when the tube is in tact. Please fix this issue Maybelline!!

THIS IS IT
At 63 years of age, I’ve tried every mascara you can imagine–American high-end, drug store, French, Korean, etc. This Sky-High mascara is off the chain. I have blonde lashes so ordered the true brown shade. Y’all! My lashes are sparse, short, invisible. This mascara makes them looong and “fluffy,” for lack of a better word. Very buildable, you control the look. I live in a hot, humid climate and this doesn’t smear or smudge. Not sure why a few reviewers have had trouble removing it–a warm, wet washcloth and gentle skin cleanser took it right off. Am ordering extra tubes! For the price, this is unbeatable.
