I’m obsessed with this dress! It makes it so easy to get dressed! I ordered a size large, I’m 5’6 ~150 lbs and it fit great. I also have a long torso and feel like it fits really well & doesn’t ride up. It’s so comfy that when I pack this on trips, I usually want to wear it over everything else that I brought. If you’re thinking about it, I promise it will become a staple in your wardrobe!

This dress does an excellent job of enhancing and flattering my body and I believe it will do the same for a variety of body types.
At first, I was concerned that there wasn’t going to be enough room for my breasts to fit comfortably in this dress, but I was pleasantly surprised. This dress provides ample support and my breasts fit perfectly. I also appreciate the adjustable straps. As someone who typically doesn’t feel comfortable without a bra, this dress provides exceptional support and coverage, and I can confidently wear it all day long and feel great.
I did encounter a minor issue with the shorts. It’s not significant enough to deter me from wearing or recommending this dress, but I think it’s worth noting. While I appreciate the coverage provided by the shorts and find their length acceptable, I have noticed that they tend to ride up and feel slightly tight on my thighs when I’m sitting. It’s worth noting that I have slightly larger thighs, so this could be more of a personal issue rather than a widespread issue with the shorts.
I chose a size medium and I am happy with my size choice. If I would have gone with a size small, the dress would not have accommodated my breasts properly. For reference, I am 5’8″ tall and weigh 129 lbs., with an average to athletic build, and my current measurements are bust 35.5 inches, 28.5 inches for my waist, and 37.5 inches for my hips. My bra size can be a 34D or 36D depending on the bra. Additionally, this dress is a great length on me, it is slightly longer than mid-thigh.
I think this dress would be suitable for moderate sports activities, but if you have a heavier chest, it may not provide enough support for high-impact workouts or sports. I wanted this dress with the intention of wearing it for casual outings and it has been perfect for that purpose. The built-in bra and shorts along with the flattering design of this dress (and don’t forget the pockets!) make this dress the perfect choice. I have already gotten a lot of compliments!

Super cute!
I love this workout dress. I wear it a lot. I play a lot of pickleball and hike a lot and this is in my regular rotation of workout dresses with attached undershorts. It’s very comfortable and moves well with me. The fabric stretches well and is made really well also.

This is my new favorite dress. It is easy to just toss on and go. I absolutely love the fact the the dress has shorts underneath, the best part is the shorts have pockets. The dress fits as expected and is true to size. I would say that this dress is good quality, I have worn it serval times and it has held up through the wash.
