Great outdoor and hiking pants-returned the Large size
I am 5′ 6 1/2″, weigh 148 lbs, hips 40″, waist 36″. I’m not 19 anymore, have had babies and menopause, so the tiny waist is missing. Based on the chart and some reviews, I ordered Large, but they ended up being baggy, so I returned them, and if they go on sale again, I will order them in Medium. That is my usual pant size, and I should have gone with my gut, but the charts all say with my waist I should go Large. These pants are elastic in the waist and will give enough that the Medium should have fit well and the hips/crotch would not have been baggy but flattering.
That said, I did like these pants for their features, lightweight, easy to pack, wash, dry, had SPF 50 and wicking properties. I’m going to a hot humid place on a trip and am looking for these qualities. They have the bungee tie on the bottom and I could hike them up to a capri and tie them down, and it would stay and not be uncomfortable. I liked all the pockets, zippered and roomy. They have good colors too. I would recommend these, just go by your hip and inseam sizes and you’ll be fine with the size.

Comfortable and breathable
My wife can’t get enough of these pants. She even wore them the last 2 weeks of school when her students were doing their end of the year projects.
They are comfortable and breathable and perfect for camping and hiking. She likes the convenience of the pockets. So far, they seem to be pretty durable (no tears in them yet). She does wish that they could be a little longer to keep the grass seeds and debris out of her shoes and socks as she’s trekking through the great outdoors. She also recommends the lighter colors for the extra sunny days as the black gets pretty hot.
She definitely recommends these to others looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and breathable hiking pant.

Still too long for me. I’m 4ft 10 in
I love the elastic waistband. I love that it doesn’t have a fly front, which is perfect for hiking for a woman and bush breaks. It is very comfortable. The fabric feels wonderful, lightweight and has reflective markings on legs. I ordered a size up because I hate tight pants and it is very comfortable. If you order a size up, I’m told you can wear them all year with long underwear. I have been comfortable in them in 40-70 degree farenheit. I am 4’10 and about 104 lbs. I bought petite small which is baggy in places and the legs are longer than the photo, but that’s typical for me. Pockets are great. My friend bought navy blue and it was a beautiful blue, not navy, but mine were navy blue, just like the image. I have worn these several times now. In light rain the water beads up nicely. In heavier rain they do get wet. But they do dry out fairly quickly. The left zipper pocket comes out kind of low and both me and my friend wish they had put it on the right side. All the roomy pockets have zippers so you don’t lose items if you remember to zip them. All in all, these are currently my go to pants.

Comfortable, cute, lightweight
I love these wind/rain paints. I bought them specifically for a hiking trip where we expected lots of rain and wind, and I was much warmer and more comfortable on the days when I wore these over my leggings (rather than leggings alone). They are as cute and nice fitting as wind/rain pants can probably be. Plus they have lots of large and convenient pockets that zip! As a woman, you don’t find a lot of those. They are indeed fast drying but they are definitely not water proof. My partner who came on the trip with me had more of a shiny snow-pant fabric which never got soaked through. I prefer these to his, but they will get wet after a good 20 minutes of rain. So just go prepared. I was considering buying $100+ name brand hiking pants, but I’m very glad I bought these instead! They’re still in perfect shape after 2 weeks of windy, wet, rocky hiking and feel high quality.

Love these pants!
For reference, I’m 5’6″ 180 lbs. These fit great, are sturdy enough to sit on, say, rough, rocky or splintery wood surfaces & to withstand sharp doggy claws, but so lightweight that in temps up through 80s, they feel as cool as wearing shorts. Fast-drying, too! Lots of handy pockets & the drawstrings at the ankles make for versatility in length (you may even be able to wear them above-the-knee, depending on the circumference of your leg above the knee).

Great pants
These were perfect for my hike on Mount Rainier! Breatheable, comfortable, and waterproof as advertised– I fell into the snow a few times and even slid down a short hill with no issues. A friend of mine got the same pants in a burnt orange color and was equally happy.
I am 5’8″ and typically wear a 4/6 and preferred the Medium in this. Small was my recommended size, but I exchanged it because the legs were a bit short and the slightly roomier fit of the Medium gave me better mobility.

Great lightweight travel pants
I wasn’t sure that I would love these, but they were a Deal of the Day so took a chance. They are incredibly comfortable, and even somewhat flattering as the legs are not at all baggy (yet they have plenty of room). They were perfect for airline travel- not too hot and just right for the plane. True to size. Long enough for my relatively long legs. I also have a Baleaf skort, and they are seriously the most comfortable things I wear in the summer. Well made. Will buy other Baleaf products!

Worked great for long and overnight hikes on curvy body in a humid environment.
I purchased these pants at the suggestion of a fellow female hiker in the south. The climate in our area is very humid and can contribute to some embarrassing and obvious sweating. These pants checked all my needs: Light weight, did not show intense sweating, allowed for flexibility, comfortable and loose fit around my pear shaped body, and an overall simple style. The bonus was that these were very reasonably priced in comparison to other brand names. I did brush along water droplets without any absorption concerns, but did not wear in the rain to truly test level of water resistance. My only critique is that there was some minor bunching/pouching around the front of my pelvic area, but this was easily hidden by my standard hiking tee.

These pants are the perfect length and fit and will help keep me cool while out hiking on hot summer days. They also look really nice, plus the zippered pockets are a real bonus.
