Great fit!
A+ on the sizing! I was a tad heavier when I got this and ordered according to the sizing chart. Grey is my second favorite color and this shade is really flattering. The material is lightweight, comfortable, and handles movement without losing its elasticity. A bonus is that this material has SPF 50 protection. A sports bra is required, but the fit of the dress is great. This is a quality find for my tennis gals! ALICIA APPROVED!

Shorts underneath are not good
Love the tennis dress quality and look but the shirts that come with it to wear underneath do not have a good fit and are uncomfortable and unflattering.

Great dress, comfy and supportive
So, my daughter and I have been eyeing these types of dresses in the more expensive athletic stores so I ordered this one in an XS figuring one of us would love it. Turns out we both do â although unfortunately sizing wise, she gets to keep it. While I fit into the XS, it was a bit snug and I think a small would have been a much better fit for me. Iâve posting photos of us both wearing it to help if you compare if you are unsure of sizing. Iâm 5â2, 130lbs,36B (gray carpet) and she is 5â3, 100lbs, 34B (beige carpet).
As for the dress itself, I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. What I like most is that itâs appropriate for a more mature woman, yet still flattering. It has wide collar straps (not spaghetti like so many of them) and the dress falls a little longer than many in the stores. Plus, the material is supportive, and the top is padded. The shorts detached from the dress and sit on my hips well. They also arenât bulky or noticeable under the dress. The side pocket for balls or a phone and credit card is also a nice feature. The material is 75% nylon/25%, so I donât expect it to shrink and although I havenât washed it yet, I assume it will wash well as the seams and stitching seem well done.
We both definitely recommend this dress!

Had to exchange due to QC (?) problems with the sewing / pocket placement
Ordered the “ZHENWEI Womens Tennis Dress Workout Mini Dress with Shorts Sleeveless Golf Athletic Dresses” for my wife (a pickleball player and golfer) but had to return/exchange it because one of the pockets on the shorts was UPSIDE DOWN – it would work as a tennis or pickleball pocket so maybe that was their intent – not too practical otherwise. So that’s never going to hold a cel phone! The dress is a trim fit in the shoulders and bust, otherwise fits true to size of a standard American dress size. The racerback styling allows for movement and flexibility, and the mid-back panel is wide enough to work with a typical racerback bra – so they have designed it well in that regard, its just a trim fit up top. So all in all, there are some issues on sizing and perhaps quality to be on the lookout for with this particular dress. The 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex fabric seems to be high quality and breathable but there just hasn’t been an opportunity to run this one through its paces yet. If we keep it look for an update on this review. Thanks and enjoy getting out there!

Cute Tennis Dress
Really like this outfit for tennis! It comes with built-in bra padding and the detached shorts have a nice pocket to hold your tennis ball. Only downside was the fact that you could see the band of the shorts through my dress because it is so thick. I simply folded the dress over the band to make a style of my own and it looks a lot more flattering that way. For reference, I am 5â5â, I weigh 140lbs, and I ordered this dress in a small.

Comfortable and Cute!
I am 5’4″, 120lbs and I ordered the XS. I think it fits well. This will be a really cute golf outfit for spring and summer! The shorts have a ball pocket (upside down) but it’s too big for a golf ball – it would fit a tennisi ball. I also do not like the seam of the shorts because it’s right in the front and is visible while wearing the dress. When moving, no one should notice, but I wish the shorts were constructed differently to avoid that issue. Otherwise, it’s very flattering and made out of a good material.
