Amazing for beginner content creators.
The tripod is metal and itâs great not only for recording in the field but great for indoor as well. Sounds quality is a great improvement compared to my internal iPhone mic. Especially when recording outside. I was able to record next to a busy street and it didnât really pick it up. I think this is a great âbudgetâ option if youâre looking to get into vlogging or streaming on the go. Especially if itâs on sale.

Good entry level unit
The sound isolation on the mic isn’t the best – it still picks up a lot of noise from off center. The audio quality is good for the price and the rig itself is good. The ball adjustment could use some improvement, but overall is good. Much better than a previous unit I bought and returned. Good value for the money, but don’t expect true professional quality at this price point.

The tripods ballhead is really weak can’t even hold a phone properly. The quality of the kit is really nice. For Android user with phones without 3.5mm audio jack a , DAC adapter must be purchased separately

Great product for the money. I originally just wanted the microphone only because they were about $40, but I was going to also get a tripod and some kind of phone grip also anyways, so I figure why not kill three birds with one stone. I bought the package and tested the microphone first.It was a bit confusing at first because there were two different 3.5mm audio cables; one was for cameras and the other one was for smartphones. Also, the different ends of the 3.5mm audio cable matters as well. They come with tags that specify where which end goes. It was my fault for not reading it clearly.The audio from the micro is great, not a $200 microphone great, but great for it’s price point.I thought the tripod and phone grip were going to be plastic, but they turned out to be metal which is great for durabilty.I can’t wait to start using to assist my phone in recording.

I’ve read a few negative reviews that said this kit is flimsy and not very good. I have the exact opposite impression. It is very durable and holds up very well. The microphone quality is great and it does a fantastic job for what I need. I highly recommend this kit.

I have had to order special parts to make this a complete Vlogging set Now that I am ready to assemble all the pieces I find the phone holder won’t go together . It seems to be missing a screw or some such thing to hold ot together.
