Amazon Essentials Men’s Full-Zip Fleece Jacket – Discontinued Colors

Universal 3-season favorite
My everyday favorite mid-layer – mostly for value and comfort. I reach for one of these about 8 months out of the year. Mine is put together pretty well and seems durable enough. I haven’t suffered any weak stitching or had anything unravel after 5 months of regular, everyday use.
I wouldn’t go so far as call it rugged, but I haven’t broken it yet.
I wouldn’t call it windproof exactly, but it will easily ward off a chill whenever added to a T-shirt..
The fleece material is soft, comfortable and quiet, as you would expect. This isn’t that thick, USGI fleece – this is more the thinner variety that works fairly well as a mid-layer.
Large inside pockets, on each side of the front – about 11.5″ tall and 7.5″ wide. Pretty roomy for anything light and flat, like a map or mail. There’s a 3″ hole sewn into these inside pockets – just large enough for your sunglasses to slip right out without you feeling or hearing them leave your pocket..
These are easy on, easy off, stashes nearly anywhere, and easily replaced if destroyed.
I favor the earth tones, but the variety available makes them easy to match with just about anything.
Inexpensive and versatile enough to keep stashed away in the vehicle for emergencies or whatever.
I find it to be about as indispensable as a woobie – almost..
A hood would be a great additional feature to have, but I like the idea of both and I would probably want to have both..

Comfort is King
I have had an older C9 (Champion) fleece for years and wear it whilst doing chores-construction-insulation-painting-caulking…etc. That now is falling apart and looks like an artist’s studio floor.
Time for a new fleece of some sort. So, with the awesome price, I tried the Amazon fleece. My old one was 1/4 zip and that was fine. Full zip? Good for us older people who don’t want to mess up our hair. Just easier to manage. Star #1.

The zipper is flawless and the comfort, fit and stretchiness makes it like a second skin. Star #4
There are compartments inside where the pockets attach to the side seam. If this was sewn all the way down to the waist, it would be an inside pocket and a place to stash my cell phone. It is left open and I may just sew it closed myself but this is the minus 1 Star for this garment. It should have a cell phone pocket somewhere.
I guess if it was designed that way, it would cost 2-3 times more.
Size wise- I am wearing medium and I like it. A little snug but this is my preference. Not binding.
I am 5ft 9in and weigh 170lbs. It fits as expected.

Very nice
Everyone is different.I just happened to love it. Not! So much because it was on sale,but rather because it fits like a glove.It really does. And if by chance, it may shrink due to the dryer etc., not to worry because you could always bring it back to its original size. I was taught many years ago, that if, and when, any of your garments shrink due to the dryer, hot water 💦 etc., you can always bring it back to its normal size by rewashing it in cold water 💦 🌊 using Downey fabric softener. Do not use a generic brand. What this does is, it relaxes and extends the fibers allowing it to return back to its normal size. Nor do you want to put it back in the dryer (you must air dry it) or else you’ll be back to square one. Don’t tell anyone; let it be your little secret.besides,the color is nice and bold. One thing that I like is, that it’s a very lightweight. I chose a lightweight because I have others that are medium weight, and another that is a heavyweight.But what I like the most is, that it also has zipperd pockets that zip up, rather than zip down. And the reason why I like zipper pockets is, because you can rest assured that you won’t lose your keys or other belongings if you zip it up versus zipping it down. Unlike other brands with no zippers where the pockets are very shallow and not that deep and you may lose whatever by accident. I give it five stars. I’m sure you’ll like it too.

Great value jacket
The fit and softness make this jacket a great value. It doesn’t feel as durable as my Columbia jackets, but only time will tell. It is thinner, but I’m not looking for a coat. Just a light jacket for cooler days. Seems well worth the price.
Fyi I’m 5’9 160 pounds athletic build. Med fits fine.

Super schöne Jacke 🤩, auch Frauen können die tragen. Angenehm warm, Innentaschen sind sogar abgefüttert, 2 gibt’s davon, bei Frauenjacken, wenn man Glück hat, nur eine, auch schön tief.
Habe Größe s genommen und es ist noch Platz für einen dickeren Pulli 👍
