Customers say
Customers like the ease of cleaning with the drain strainer. They say it’s easy to wipe the hair and debris off. They also like the appearance, and effect on hair. However, some customers have reported issues with the suction of the product. They mention that the sucker cups do not stick well in smaller sinks and showers. Opinions are mixed on fit, value, performance, and quality.

Doing it’s job
So far, so good. I had a metal drain hair catcher for about 5 years, and it was getting kind of crusty looking. I’ve had the silicone one in place for a while now and I like it. The suction isn’t strong enough to keep it in place, but that’s fine – as long as it catches the hair before going down the drain, it’s still doing its job.

Works great, easy to clean, great value
We put these in all our bathroom, sinks and showers and they work great. Large enough to catch my sonâs beard when he trims, then easily lifts out to dump into trash. We used to use the little wire mesh baskets in the sink and they were at nightmare to clean outâ these are 1000% better!

Hair filteration
The hair filteration is fine but it does not stop as much hair as expected. It also shifts very easily on the base of the tub. But it is still effective and functional. For the price I think its fine.

Itâs okay
Suctions arenât great at the bottom, thick material so sometimes you have to move it so the water flows down the drain

Yes
Covering over old shower drain. Looks cute and I don’t have to look down there and it catches the hair well.

It works
Just put the mat on the drain and worked perfectly! It fits and catches all my hair! Great value, color great!

Perfect
Perfect for long hair!! I havenât had any drainage issues since I swapped over to these. I am also happy with the two pack because eventually when I will need a replacement, I have it ready in my cabinets. However, I think these are sturdy so it wonât be for a while until I need to replace.

Keeps hair out of drain!
Although the suctions donât work in my textured shower, it doesnât move around even with water hitting it. The hair sits on top, making it very easy to remove.

I got these after finding a big, giant spider in the tub. Not only has there been no more spiders but it’s good quality. It stays in place very well and catches loads of hair. It’s kind of shocking actually.

It serves its purpose in catching the hairs but also doesn’t really stick to the tub.

It stays at it place good enough and made my life so much easier

We’ve had them in place for a couple of mo the bow and I have to say the star-shaped ones from Umbra we had before are far superior! These don’t stay in place; they move with the slightest push, allowing debris they’re supposed to catch slip down the drain. Shame, bc I like the smiley face and the fact they’re black (to hide the mould spots that permeated the Umbra ones, making them very unsightly.)

A hair filter is not useful if the suction cups are so tiny that it wonât stay stuck to the tub once the shower starts. One is used, so I canât return them. Save your money- shop elsewhere 🙁
