Good Tracker, but………..
This Fitness Tracker Smart Watch does a very nice job…….BUT………using some of the features is not intuitive. There are no real directions provided with the Tracker, and the user’s manual that is available on-line is all but worthless. The Tracker must be worn tightly on the wrist….very tight…….TOO TIGHT!!!!!! The tightness of the Tracker on my wrist starting causing arm pain for me. Once I stopped wearing the Tracker, the arm pain cleared up. I do not recommend this Tracker.UPDATE – The company reached out to me concerning my problems with the tracker/watch that I had purchased (the ID207 version). They were genuinely concerned. They sent me, at no cost, the newer version of the tracker/watch (the ID208 version), and provided a refund for my original purchase. While the ID208 version of the tracker/watch took a bit more to set-up, due to the additional features, I have to say I am very happy with it. While you still need to wear it tightly, not nearly as tightly as I had to wear the older ID207 version. The ID208 tracker/watch has performed flawlessly. I commend the company for their concern and their response. I can definitely recommend the ID208 version of this tracker/watch.UPDATE #2 – The watch stopped connecting to my phone. After some initial communication with the company – which did nothing to resolve the problem – I am now being ignored!!!! This company is showing that, in actuality, it cares nothing for it’s customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I bought this smart watch awhile ago but waited to wriite a review..I am not very tec savey… yet found this easy to set up, easy to use and it has motivated my runs..and keeps me within my heart beat max beats per minute..I am 66 and started running again, I ordered the watch because I felt I may have been working my heart to hard..I started getting heart papitations throughout the day after running..Well I feel much better now with the help of this watch..I would buy it again. Great Price..Great Watch.. Its now been almost a year, still works well, I had an issue with cycle mode and not accurate distance recorded, but once I put my phone on my bike it is almost as accurate according to the distsnce recorder I had installed on my bicycle..this little watch is well worth it, as it is not hundreds of dollars, I would buy again and would recommend it.

I have this watch over nine months and it’s a great watch. After buying quite a few watches that were similar I ended up sending them back as they were not as good.This watch has several features, counting my steps, calculating my sleep patterns and calorie counting just to mention a few. It is simple, easy to use and plenty of features at a great Price.
