Powerful setup in a small form factor The small form factor desktop squeezes a lot of features in a small and elegant designIt is very polished and the led is not over the top and also well thought out … again very professionalI know this is a bit expensive but what you get is a small, light professional desktop powerhouse that is actually portablegreat job
Great, just wish they provided more information. I was looking at a nuc extreme but I found this little sucked and decided to pull the trigger. A little pricey, but I wouldn’t mind paying for good engineering which this is. I’ve built some SFF builds (not this small) and they can be aggravating. This size is, as far as I know, something you wouldn’t be able to build yourself.Pros:-Super small-Build quality is fantastic-Thermals are decent-Looks to be upgradable and everything is easily accessible as far as GPU/RAM/SSD.-Fairly quiet, atleast compared to my old desktop.-spare nvme slotCONS-600W PSU. Upgrading to something like a 4070TI in the future may not be possible. Not a huge upgrade but as far as suggested PSU goes you need a 200W or under GPU. Possibly you can go higher, but the CPU is pretty power-hungry.-Limited size for upgrades, as well. GPU needs to be a shorter 2 slot. Not a huge deal.-If a fan died, I think it would be a pretty annoying thing to replace.-Thermals are workable, but the CPU regularly gets to 90s-Bundled mouse/kb are super basic. Thankfully didn’t need them.-Port availability isn’t awful, but nothing to write home aboutTHINGS THEY DON’T TELL YOUIt has a second SSD slot (literally no mention on microcenter or ever the asus website). Make sure you switch from RAID mode to ACHI though. In order to take the top lid off, there is a little slider BUT next to the slider is a tiny rubbed piece you need to take out and take out a screw first. After this, you can take the sides off too. This model is water-cooled. I could be wrong but I don’t think it mentions it in the listing. There is a SATA port that I believe is on the top left, you need to buy a 4-pin to sata power for your drive. I have no idea where you mount it though.
