Customers say
Customers like the appearance, size and ease of use of the pump dispenser. For example, they mention it looks nice, holds a large amount of soap and is easy to use. Some are happy with the amount of detergent. That said, opinions are mixed on the quality, value, performance, and soap dispensing.

This soap dispenser is my newest family member.
In many ways, I am quite old-fashioned. A bar of soap is more than adequate. Liquid soap in a ceramic pump bottle is verging on decadent. I have an elderly family member with arthritis and the traditional soap methods (i.e. bar soap and liquid soap in a fancy pump bottle) were becoming hard on the hands, so I began to search for something better suited.
I found this cute little gizmo and decided to purchase it back in October, 2023. As of mid-January, 2024 this automatic soap dispenser has become an indispensable addition to the kitchen, and the family. It is used many times a day by multiple individuals in my household and everyone loves it – including me! I enjoy baking and cooking and I can’t tell you how convenient it is to have a touchless soap dispenser when handling greasy, sticky, gooey food ingredients and raw meat. Amazingly, and despite frequent daily use, I am still on the same set of batteries that I first installed back in October.
The dispenser allows the user to select how much soap is dispensed at a time. I have mine set on the smallest amount and it is still very generous. I was immensely pleased to discover that the chrome/silver color perfectly matched the color/tone of my chrome Pfister faucet. Being near the sink, the dispenser does get splashed with water, leaving spots. I pour a small amount of plain white vinegar on a paper towel and wipe down the dispenser every other day or so and the spots vanish, leaving a beautifully shiny and brand new appearance.
I am allergic to sulfates (the foaming agents used in seemingly every liquid hand soap on planet Earth) so I decided to gamble and try my usual liquid French Marseille soap (undiluted) and it works perfectly. No clogged dispenser! Everyone in my household has raved about how soft and clean their hands feel. No more dry, cracked, or bleeding skin. If you are curious, I like to use either the A La Maison or Panier des Sens liquid Marseille soaps, but so far I have only used the A La Maison brand in my soap dispenser.
An added bonus is the adorable noise the machine makes when it dispenses soap. It is so cute I ended up giving it a name. Now I hear my family members thanking the cute little thing by name every time they use it. I started out looking for an arthritis-friendly soap dispenser (which it most certainly is!) and ended up with a new family member. I hope it lasts for a grand, long time because we all love it. Buy yourself one, give it a name and enjoy!!

Good soap dispenser
I bought Secura motion sensing soap dispenser about 5 years ago. It started to act up even with new batteries. Simple Human brand seems to last much longer. Mine bought 10 years ago still works today but the capacity is half of this brand. So I bought this one. It’s almost the same design as Simple Human. The chrome finish is quite stylish. Motion sensing works just fine. Motor is a bit loud.

It’s amazing! But might stop working aftet a couple of months
This product is actually GREAT! It’s very modern and sleek looking and it helps with organization and preventing messes. My only complaint is it stopped working after having it for only 9 months. The sensor still works and it’s not the batteries (already tried), it sounds normal but it doesn’t pump soap, so if anyone has had any issues or knows what to do I would love to know!!!

Works great, simple & functional
Perfect touchless soap dispenser. Responds to my hand (and not other objects) readily. Can adjust amount of soap. Easy to refill soap. Battery compartment is a simple twist (no screwdriver needed). Silicone tip means that it doesn’t drip.

Works well
The directions were easy to follow. The dispenser was easy to fill. We haven’t had any problems with the dispensing of the soap, but we only ust it for hand soap. We like that you can adjust the amount of soap that it dispenses.

Love it
I love this product. Easy to install and adjust. Gives the perfect amount of soap and holds an enough I don’t have to refill constantly. Only downside is it doesn’t work unless it’s your hands or a sponge. Anytime I try to get a drop for inside a dish or cup it doesn’t come out. The sensor doesn’t recognize anything hollow or with a hole in it.

Works only if you place your hand under nozzle!
It works exactly like shown in the picture. It needs to see some skin to dispense liquid. Doesn’t work if you place a scrubbing sponge or scouring pad under nozzle.
I have to tease it by showing it my finger and then it pumps the dish liquid on to the scrubber!
Who says showing the finger doesn’t work?

Nice hands free soap dispenser.
Holds a good amount of soap. You can adjust the amount of soap it dispenses with buttons on the top. Occasionally the motion detector takes a second to activate, but typically works pretty well. We’ve been using this for almost 2 months now and the batteries (which were not included) are still going strong so it doesn’t deplete batteries quickly.

Not much to say about it. It is a nice design and does as intended. Very easy to setup. Requires 4AA batteries that are not included.
