Comfortable, cute, lightweight
I love these wind/rain paints. I bought them specifically for a hiking trip where we expected lots of rain and wind, and I was much warmer and more comfortable on the days when I wore these over my leggings (rather than leggings alone). They are as cute and nice fitting as wind/rain pants can probably be. Plus they have lots of large and convenient pockets that zip! As a woman, you don’t find a lot of those. They are indeed fast drying but they are definitely not water proof. My partner who came on the trip with me had more of a shiny snow-pant fabric which never got soaked through. I prefer these to his, but they will get wet after a good 20 minutes of rain. So just go prepared. I was considering buying $100+ name brand hiking pants, but I’m very glad I bought these instead! They’re still in perfect shape after 2 weeks of windy, wet, rocky hiking and feel high quality.

Great lightweight travel pants
I wasn’t sure that I would love these, but they were a Deal of the Day so took a chance. They are incredibly comfortable, and even somewhat flattering as the legs are not at all baggy (yet they have plenty of room). They were perfect for airline travel- not too hot and just right for the plane. True to size. Long enough for my relatively long legs. I also have a Baleaf skort, and they are seriously the most comfortable things I wear in the summer. Well made. Will buy other Baleaf products!

Still too long for me. I’m 4ft 10 in
I love the elastic waistband. I love that it doesn’t have a fly front, which is perfect for hiking for a woman and bush breaks. It is very comfortable. The fabric feels wonderful, lightweight and has reflective markings on legs. I ordered a size up because I hate tight pants and it is very comfortable. If you order a size up, I’m told you can wear them all year with long underwear. I have been comfortable in them in 40-70 degree farenheit. I am 4’10 and about 104 lbs. I bought petite small which is baggy in places and the legs are longer than the photo, but that’s typical for me. Pockets are great. My friend bought navy blue and it was a beautiful blue, not navy, but mine were navy blue, just like the image. I have worn these several times now. In light rain the water beads up nicely. In heavier rain they do get wet. But they do dry out fairly quickly. The left zipper pocket comes out kind of low and both me and my friend wish they had put it on the right side. All the roomy pockets have zippers so you don’t lose items if you remember to zip them. All in all, these are currently my go to pants.

Very Comfortable and Awesome Pants!
I ordered these pants because my dermatologist was recommending I start using SPF clothing. These pants have exceeded my expectations! I have worn them to the beach, Universal Studios, Palm Springs, and the airplane and they are not only do their job but they are very comfortable!I am 5’7″ about 220lbs and wear a 2X/18 in pants and got the XXL in regular length. They fit perfectly with lots of room to move around. The zipper pockets are very useful. I don’t need to bring a purse with me all the time because I can throw things in these pockets and go about my business. The waterproof pants do very well. I got drenched on the Jurassic Park ride at Universal Studios but these pants shook that water right off and I walked away dry while everyone else had to wear wet clothes for awhile. As far as the SPF goes, it really does work. I have not gotten burned and I don’t even really feel the heat come through. The quality control is a little disappointing. I purchased these pants in three different colors but the green colored ones are too small while the blank and brown fit great so make sure you try them on before you take the tag off and wash them.

Great outdoor and hiking pants-returned the Large size
I am 5′ 6 1/2″, weigh 148 lbs, hips 40″, waist 36″. I’m not 19 anymore, have had babies and menopause, so the tiny waist is missing. Based on the chart and some reviews, I ordered Large, but they ended up being baggy, so I returned them, and if they go on sale again, I will order them in Medium. That is my usual pant size, and I should have gone with my gut, but the charts all say with my waist I should go Large. These pants are elastic in the waist and will give enough that the Medium should have fit well and the hips/crotch would not have been baggy but flattering. That said, I did like these pants for their features, lightweight, easy to pack, wash, dry, had SPF 50 and wicking properties. I’m going to a hot humid place on a trip and am looking for these qualities. They have the bungee tie on the bottom and I could hike them up to a capri and tie them down, and it would stay and not be uncomfortable. I liked all the pockets, zippered and roomy. They have good colors too. I would recommend these, just go by your hip and inseam sizes and you’ll be fine with the size.

Absolutely amazing!
I now have the Caramel, Glacier Grey, and Light Green. I dont usually write reviews but after adding the third pair to my wardrobe, I had to share! I’ve gotten so many compliments! So so SO comfy and flattering (I would compare the material to Nike shorts but with the slightest bit of stretch). With that, I will say they don’t do much in guarding against thorns/stickers or rocks (don’t weed-eat in them!). But definitely worth the price as hiking pants. Relatively true to size, through if you’re on the fence/between sizes, I would recommend sizing up rather than down. Very breathable, however be careful of the color and sweat showing, especially in the *between* areas that don’t get as much air flow; of the three colors I have, the Caramel is the only one that shows sweat. The Glacier Grey is slightly see through (really only noticeable if you’re wearing patterned undies). Also, the Light Green is not very green, it’s more of khaki with a green hue.

Highly recommend for sailing or other sports
I bought the Baleaf pants to wear while sailing. I love all the zipped pockets so I won’t lose anything overboard. They are lightweight and not too hot to wear when it’s sunny. The fit is very comfortable. I love the fabric. No wrinkles. Very versatile.

These pants are the perfect length and fit and will help keep me cool while out hiking on hot summer days. They also look really nice, plus the zippered pockets are a real bonus.
