I love everything about this phone. The screen size is huge. Plus it’s so affordable for such an amazing phone. No one can tell that I paid $99 for it. The phone is so beautiful and I love the case that it comes with. I’m happy that I bought this phone. It works well with carrier and I’m in Jamaica. Totally recommend.

G73 Phone died after 2 months of use; 5 days no response from initial attempt to contact support
Usage:Im a CyberSec consultant and I had obtained this phone to use a multi-factor authentication device for our large enterprise customers who require digital RSA tokens. I do not use the phone for calls, and its not my primary device, but it is absolutely critical for my work.Problem:Over 2 months of very light use, Friday the phone stopped taking a charge and will not power on. Ive used the charger that came with the phone exclusively over the two months. i followed the normal lithium-ion battery best-practice of letting the battery drain down before charging to full. There was no early symptoms of a failing battery. Come last Friday, it had drained all the way down, I go to plug it in, the big battery icon came on for a second and then disappeared now its dead.To troubleshoot:I have tried multiple blocks and USB-C cables to no avail. The Blu charger works on any other device that takes a USB-C. So clearly this is a faulty battery, port, or motherboard.Contacting Blu support:There is no phone number provided anywhere in the box, nor their website to call for warranty service. The device warranty is 1 year, the battery 6mo so I am well within that period. They do provide you with a generic support@ email address but after 4 days of waiting, Ive not heard anything nor have i received any acknowledgment of a ticket being opened. On the webpage, there is a “contact” form you can fill out on the Warranty/Support page but after typing in the information including he IMEI number, the form fails to submit. Its very frustrating and seems to be indicative of a company who does not give a damn about the customer.Conclusion:Look, I know that for $120, I’m not going to get a top of the line phone. But one WOULD think that it would at last longer than 2 months doing very light tasks. If you are gonna sell a product as something, you should back it up. And at this stage, all im getting is crickets. This is costing me time and productivity loss with the my clients.

Great Gift For My Dad
This wasn’t for me. It was actually for my father. He needed a new phone, and I wasn’t looking to spend over 300 to $200 on a new phone. All he needed was an unlocked phone and this worked out very well for him. The quality’s good, the performance levels are good everything about it he loves. And the battery life works well. That’s something my dad needed very much. Cause his last phone, the battery life sucked.
