I love this! I purchased a size Medium. I’m 5’2 and 155lbs. I think the quality is very good for under $30.

Comfy for lounging or sleeping, a little short in the crotch if you are tall
This is very soft and comfy, i like it a lot. I would recommend this as a cute/sexy outfit for sitting around home or doing some yoga at home. I personally would not wear this out as it doesn’t button up well and it’s too low cut for me to feel comfortable, but I love it for at home.
I did dock this item a star for two reasons. The total length that’s listed in the size chart is from the shoulders to the end of the shorts, but the length from the shoulders to the crotch is not listed and it’s a bit short if you’re tall. My second reason is because this has buttons, but they don’t work supper well. That’s an issue cause you can’t button it up if you want to cover up a bit more and make sit so you can’t wear it as much as you might if the buttons were a bit more functional

Not athletic wear, more like loungewear
With only 5% spandex I would not consider this romper athletic wear. It has very little hold. I ordered a large per the size chart and wished I would’ve sized down as it is loose. This item washed and dried well and kept its shape. It is comfortable. The description suggests that you can wear this to yoga, dress this up with heels for a night out, or dress down with sneakers to run errands. I don’t think this item is appropriate for any of those things. I will be using this as loungewear. For however you plan to use this item, it is a good value for the price.
