Comfortable portable booster seat
We are on our second Bubble Bum! This is the most comfortable portable car seat, and we have taken it on many vacations. It’s not as compact as the Mifold, it takes up about half of a child’s sized backpack. (We also have a Mifold.) When deflated and put in the bag it’s still quite large. However, it is very lightweight. It’s not a large seat, so if your child is on the larger side, this seat may not be as comfortable.Because it is inflatable, it is comfortable for longer car rides. The Mifold is not comfortable at all, being a GenXer myself I would say the Mifold is similar to sitting on a phone book. The Bubble Bum works great for vacations where there may be a long car ride. My child definitely prefers the Bubble Bum to the Mifold. It’s super fast and easy to inflate and then adjust the seatbelt through the guides. My daughter has used the Bubble Bum for 1+ hour car rides and has been comfortable the whole time. She complained about the Mifold within about 10 minutes.I’d say the only downside is the size. It’s less heavy and bulky than a plastic booster seat but it still can take up quite a bit of room in a bag. We use the Mifold if we need room in our bag and the car rides will be super short. I send her with the Mifold if she’s going to a friend’s house and they might have a short ride of 15 minutes or less somewhere. We take the Bubble Bum on vacations and deal with the size because it is way more comfortable. We are on our second Bubble Bum because they do expire. We are excited about the new patterns on the covers! This one should take us through until she no longer needs a booster seat!

Perfect for travel
We use this for traveling with our 5 year old. She loves the comfort. I love the fact I can deflate it and strap it to her backpack. Light and easy to inflate.

Useful and easy to carry
Easy to inflate and deflate. Folds small which allows you to store it in a carry on or backpack. Although not very sturdy and maybe a little small for my 7 year old, it served its purpose of keeping my child raised and secured in the seat. Great option for traveling!

Good but still bulky
They are good enough but they are still bulky when uninflated. Probably 4 to. 5 inches wide

great for travel
I bought this specifically for travel bc renting a car they charge DAILEY to rent a car seat which is absurd. but it worked great for our 7 day vacation and my kid thought it was comfortable. It’s great for portable at home traveling too. it self-inflated mostly which was good if you struggle with lung issues and it deflated and rolled up easily.

Impressive
Everyone should have one on hand for their booster aged child. It’s a bit smaller than the typical booster, I use it in the middle to fit three across. It’s very comfortable (air pillow) and the color and texture are appealing. It could use 2 more inches in height with a slightly higher edge to prevent sliding and slipping.

Fits in the middle back seat
We were looking for a booster to fit in the middle back of our minivan between two regular boosters. This fits well, and with the seat belt strap, it allows our 8 year old to sit back there between two other kiddos safely. She says it’s comfortable, too.

not safe for traveling
It’s a good butt pillow, if it were to stay put on the car seat. I bought 2 of these as a quick short travel alternative to lugging around my kids’ booster seats, let’s just say, I would not use it again. Although I did not return it, since I used it… But, like I said, it doe snot stay put, even if you wrap the seatbelt around it. Slides everywhere. This product should not be considered a safe alternative to booster seats or car seats.
