IĆ¢ĀĀm so glad I purchased this! We have a baby coming soon and wanted a way to keep the litter box out of reach. I also wanted a way to not have litter on the bathroom floor from our cat after she finished using the litter box. This solved all our problems and made a nice addition in my office to set my printer on.

Very cheap and hard to assemble
I bought this as a little box for my rabbits. It came in the mail late, was very difficult to assemble, and has uneven doors. Definitely overpriced for what you get, but IĆ¢ĀĀm happy enough.

ĆĀ SOLID 4.5 STARS!Customer Service: Fabulous! I received my item @ $100 and it came in scratched in a few places. Reached out to seller and they quickly shipped a replacement.Ć°ĀĀĀAssembly: Ikea skills needed. Easy! Have a drill handy, for any missing holes. LOLĆ°ĀĀĀQuality: It’s Ikea quality for sure, but perfect for what it’s needed for. It’s a catbox people. WITH STYLE!Ć°ĀĀĀCons: I wish it were a little taller/wider (2″ more would be perfect) so that the actual cat-box area had more standing space and could fit a bigger catbox. but for our Tuxedo buddy, it works great. The TOP two magnetic closures, come off with the screw provided so use some type of glue and a bit longer crews so that they stay on through the opening/closing process of cleaning. One hole was missing for a screw to be screwed into, but this was a quick DIY that a simple drill can fix. The carpet that comes with it is a bit small, bigger would be nicer.

Difficult assembly
This product is impossible to assemble without help and itĆ¢ĀĀs a lot smaller than I thought itĆ¢ĀĀd be.Now that my cat uses it I realized itĆ¢ĀĀs not suited for adult cats. The opening is too narrow for my cat to enter/leave comfortably. She ends up opening the doors to get out causing litter to spill out. Ultimately the litter may is useless.

Instructions actively misleading
Ok piece for the money, some parts do not sit flush and I needed to add additional screws for the frame to be solid.Ignore pre drilled holes for magnetic latches, they aren’t effective and the screws fall out, install the magnets slightly toward the rear of the unit instead, using the holes as a guide.Doors: the 2 different hinge pieces are reversed on the instructions, the spring loaded part only fits on the bottom, not the top as indicated in the manual. Also the doors overlap slightly on close, so they need to be closed at the same time and pressed into place.
