It’s not strapless
I would give it less than 1 star. It’s not strapless, that’s why I ordered the bra!

It’s comfortable
There’s no real support in this, It will fit like a bandeau. So, for those of us with heavier sets up front, it may not be the right style. If I attach the straps it’s comfortable for around the house, but that depletes the purpose of a strapless – though, it may work well for halter tops if I loop one strap from left to right hooks.

Strapless bra
This bra is comfortable and fits well. While it can be worn strapless there are included plastic straps if you need the extra support. I wore this all day and it stayed in place without needing constant adjustments.
