Great fit
I recently bought a new/used car with tiny cup holders fitting only small water bottles. This adapter fit perfectly and gave me options. It slips in and out easily if I don’t want it in. It is very stable. I tried it with a 40oz travel tumbler without issue. I like that you can slide the phone arm on if needed or store it away until wanted. I would recommend this.

Worked Nearly Perfectly for My Truck, To Many Limitations in My Car
This phone holder/cup holder expander is exactly what I needed for my project truck. I got a couple of cupholders installed into a custom made console, but they just weren’t big enough for my insulated coffee cup. The long arm allows me to hold my phone at an angle that I can actually see the phone without it having to be mounted onto my dashboard or vents, which often those methods are a nightmare.
At first I thought the cupholder would be in the way of my shift stick, but it is not. I am able to angle it many different ways. I do wish that pivoting would be a little better. Although it does rotate 360°, due to its design there are some angles that I cannot get this to, which can be a little annoying. Nonetheless, this is an absolutely great phone holder.
I will add that this probably works better and larger vehicles. I did not like the way it worked in my sedan. It got in the way of the passenger and when it wasn’t in the way of the passenger, it got in the way of shifting, and then, when I moved it from the shift, it got in the way of the driver.
In my large truck, other than a few angles that it would not pivot to, it is perfect. I did take a star off because of the issues with getting into the perfect position. There was no reason for it to be designed to stop at some of the angles that was stopping at. I think it’s a very good product but it should work in multiple vehicles without the limitations. It would work fine in a car if there’s no passenger, but that’s not a reasonable design in my opinion. Still worth the purchase in many circumstances.
