No Scratch, No Metal Detectors, Comfortable, Great Price, Great Brand, Perfect!
I am really glad I bought this belt! It’s perfect. It does everything it was designed to do. There’s no exposed metal, you can tell there’s a metal plate sewn into the leather which includes the metal pin that sticks out toward you instead of having a traditional buckle. It kinda feels backwards at first putting it on, because instead of having the extra length of belt go over the belt into a loop after buckling, this one you slide the extra belt under through a loop and then notch it, if that makes sense. If not, you’ll see what I mean when you get the belt, and either way it’s not a bad thing, it just feels different at first. The best part to me is the fact that this belt will NOT set off metal detectors, as I have to pass through one every day at work. It’s the only real reason I bought this belt so I am very pleased to confirm that it doesn’t set them off.A huge added bonus is that this belt is probably the most comfortable belt I’ve ever owned, due to it’s design of not having a metal buckle right at your waist. I have to bend down and over a lot at work, and sometimes which a buckled belt it could pinch or otherwise cause discomfort; not so at all with this belt, it completely eliminates any of that. The sizing is great too. I am a 33 waist, which means I usually have to find 34 pants/shorts and wear a belt. For the record I got the Medium 34-36 size, and it turned out perfect for me. There are seven notches in the belt, and I am right at the fourth/middle one.Lastly, the price was what? $12? And the brand is Dickies, a terrific brand which is known for work attire so I know it will last a long time. Perfect!UPDATE: I ended up coming back and buying a Small size of this belt as well. I must have lost a bit of weight, because I started needing the 5th hole and sometimes the 6th on the medium. The problem with that is, it creates a lot of extra belt and having that became a bit uncomfortable, so I figured the Small would be more my size. First, I will mentioned I paid $17 this time as I guess the price fluctuates, but still well worth it in my opinion. When I got it, it looked like it would be too small, but if you line the belts up side-by-side, the holes do match up to where what was the 6th hole on the Medium is only the 2nd on the small, meaning there’s very little “extra” belt to have to tuck in, so whether I go with that hole or a little looser on the 1st hole, either way is more comfortable. I’ve added some pictures. The Small is 40″ long, the Medium is 44″.

Nice belt
I got this belt for several reasons… I like that it has the option of not having to hook the belt with holes, instead it uses a slide system to adjust the size without wearing out the holes.

Great for traveling and casual use
No metal, so this goes right through airport security which is great, the buckle is also softer/smaller and doesnt dig into the stomach when sitting down.

First one lasted nearly years, second one 1 year
Love this style of belt (started wearing them when I was an automotive technician), it seems to hold well, sized accurately, and looks good. First one I had almost 10 years until it stretched out and looked worn enough I decided to replace it (but was still servicable). Ordered one about a year and a half ago and it seemed to be a much lower grade of leather, thinner, and only got about 6 months until the holes were stretched out enough it would come undone occasionally. I have limped along, punched a few new holes to try to get it to grip and stay buckled, and it finally tore through connecting the holes, rendering it useless. A small difference in quality shortened the useable lifespan considerably. Looking through reviews it appears others have had the same concern.

Tough belt that prevents scratching the car.
I work on cars all day. This belt is durable and prevents me from scratching the car if I rub up against it.

My favorite no scratch belt by far
I love this belt. I used to wear one of these. It was the first brand I tried so I didn’t think much about trying a cheaper option once it was pretty stretched after years of use. Price was the sole factor for me chosing something else. This belt is great quality and a good buy at this price. The $5 I saved was not worth it. The other belts held up well but were not as well constructed l. And that choice to go with the cheap belts was a painful choice my wife and I. This belt uses a single prong with a ball on the end. The other belts I’ve tried had double prong with no ball on the end. First off the single prong belt is easier to use. Secondly let me tell you if you’re going to accidentally step on one of these belts in the middle of the night you want it to be this one. The other belts never went into my foot if I stepped on the prongs but I had some amazing blood blisters. And the prongs on the cheap belt would bend if stepped on, especially if you step on the leather side of the buckle. Once they get bent they weaken and bend from normal use. They eventually broke off and now I’m very thankfully back in a Dickies.

Great for holding epi-pen carrier.
Wear it to hold emergency medicatons carrier without pulling your pants down. Easy on and off. Holds epinephrine injectors carrier in place without it flip flopping around like a woven web belt. Would also work for insulin pumps, et al. The vertical stiffness of the belt is a great help. It will help hold the medication carrier in place during an auto accident. The lack of the buckle makes it more comfortable.

Nice idea but …
Loved the concept of no visible buckle. But if you like and like me need a tight belt, it is difficult to get it secured.

I had a normal buckle clasp that snaps closed with the typical nylon fabric. I ended up leaning against the counter and it put a nice little hole and run in the fabric of my shirt. I’ve also caught shirts in the clasp as it was being closed which in turn will put holes in you shirt. This belt solves that problem. Simple leather belt, ain’t gonna wear any other belt anymore let’s go!

LLEGO A TIEMPO, BUSCABA UN CINTURÃN QUE NO TUVIERA HEBILLA METÃLICA, YA QUE ERA UN REGALO PARA MI HERMANO QUE ES ALÃRGICO A LOS METALES, LO ÃNICO METÃLICO QUE TIENE ES LA PUNTA REDONDA QUE ENTRA EN LOS ORIFICIOS.MI HERMANO QUEDO FASCINADO CON EL CINTURÃN ADEMAS QUE ME COMENTO QUE LA HEBILLA ERA MUY CÃMODA, PERCEPTIBLE, ADEMAS LA TALLA ES LA CORRECTA COMO INDICA LA TABLA DE LA PUBLICACIÃN.NO PUDE SACARLE FOTOS POR SER UN REGALO, LO ÃNICO ES QUE SOLO VIENE EN UNA BOLSA DE PLÃSTICO SIN CAJA NI NADA, Y EL PRECIO SIN OFERTA NO ES MUY BARATO, AUNQUE SI ES PIEL O ESO CREO, PERO COMO CUMPLIÃ MUY BIEN SU OBJETIVO DE NO CAUSAR ALERGIA AL METAL LE PONGO CINCO ESTRELLAS.

The belt is made of a good quality leather and is sized appropriately. I was a little disappointed in the width of the belt, but thats entirely my fault as I did not read the description well enough. Its NOT too thin, just not as wide as I expected. all-in-all a good buy.

Like the belt design. Works well. Does not for me trigger metal scanners so for me I like this convenience. Unfortunately I ordered bigger than I should but Im sure I can work out a solution. Great quality belt and good design.
