Customers like the ease of use, adjustability, and quality of the cleaning brush. For example, they mention that it’s easy to set up and use, and that it comes with an instruction booklet. That said, opinions are mixed on performance and battery life.

Great little scrubber
Got this to help my 74 yr old mom clean the house after the loss of my dad. Came with an instruction booklet, a soft cleaning cloth, USB charging cord, several different brush heads, the scubber base with an extension wand that extends the base to about 42″ (each of the floor tiles on the pictures are 18″) & even further (to about 54″) by depressing the button on the base. The base head also adjusts up to 6 positions, from straight to about 85 degrees, which permits adjustment to into all the angles you might need to clean or polish well, no matter the height. It also contains an additional wand & toilet cleaning brush that easily pops into the base head. The thick bristle (photographed), small pointed, & small thin bristle brush heads also connect directly to the base, with the soft pads connecting via a flat base that has a velcro-like grip.
The base came with a 2-bar charge, which allowed me to “play” with the cleaning capabilities & brushes, but didn’t have enough charge for a real cleaning session before I had to plug it in to charge (4hrs from 0-5 bars). This device does NOT come with a brick, so you need a 5V one to charge it with the enclosed USB cord (standard USB end). There are also 2 cleaning speeds, accessed by hitting the “ON” button again to go from Hi to Low speed, with the 3rd press on the “ON” button turning the device off. In the video, I was using the base charge to start cleaning, but had to fully charge it to finish the door.
When cleaning the outside door, I mainly used the brillo pad head, the multi-purpose spray seen in the video & some Soft-scrub with bleach to get rid of more stubborn stains. I tried to use the angled brush for the crevices & the bristle brush, but the brillo seemed to work best on this project. However, the big brillo brush worked great for an inside door with stains from puppy paws scratching on the door. The outside door (which had mildew & just gross stains) took me around a couple hours- mainly because I had to keep rewetting & rewashing what I’d cleaned b/c it had already dried thanks to the wind & warm temps outside. It really wasn’t hard work on me, the brush did most of it.
Two things I did notice when cleaning the door: you can press slighty firm to “scrub” while the device is in use without sacrificing the speed or stressing out the motor, but if you press a bit too hard, the base will start to get loose on the extention handle. Something to keep in mind- especially when you’re reaching up high using the extended extension handle.
This scrubber is easy to use, even by my mom (who is not weak/feeble, but is also not a 20 yr old)- who said she loves it & wants one of her own (she is refusing to take this one, saying “no, that’s yours. You need it.” LOL).

5 stars
I originally purchased the device with the stationary head and while I loved it, it wasn’t very versatile so I ended up just using it as a handheld device, which worked great but I have back problems so I’m limited with the uses at times. So happy I found a version with a repositionable head. Once I lock the head into position, it never moves or slides out of place. I am able to scrub my floors, my bathtub tiles, and the tub all without getting in, there was a spot on my ceiling, and I was able to get that too. It does come with a toilet brush and the brush comes with its own attachable pole, on the box/pics the bush looks silicon, at least to me, but the brush in the box is like your standard bristle toilet brush. I person just use the toilet head brush to clean with, it has removed many a cobweb for me. It comes with 3 different brush heads so you can get into all different groves. It also comes with a towel, I personally dust with the towel, the material just sticks right to it. It also comes with cloth/sponge spinning attachments, I personally have only used the sponge to clean my walls and baseboards, yes I am one of those type of cleaners and so far I’m really enjoying it. If you are new to Ebrushes, just know that it takes a little time to get use to that scrubbing motion, the entire thing can spin away from you if you careful. Clorox, yep that stuff becomes extra powerful, well-ventilated areas with a mask if you plan to use even a drop.

It worked nicely with pink as the cleansing agent.
The scrub brushes were used on a tile the shower stall to remove soap scum. I have not used all the different things yet.

Not good cleaning tub
Used it once and the motor stop working. It would cut off and when I restart it it would turn off as soon as I try to use it. I have not reached out to the seller yet but I will give them a try for a replacement.

Holds a charge for quite a while
So when this arrived, I decided to use my excitement to tackle a job I have been avoiding for a solid month: My kitchen garbage can. It got splattered with a drink that fell on the floor and turned into little rust marks on a stainless steel trash can. I used this with the scouring pad and some barkeepers friend. It did the entire trash can and didn’t even lose one bar of the battery. So far I’ve done my shower, fridge, two other trash cans (the long handle makes getting all the way inside super easy!), polished marble tile in a large bathroom, as well as the tires on the car and the battery still has two bars!
My favorite part is that you can press pretty hard with the brush and it doesn’t slow down the rotation of it. It also rotates in a full spinning circle instead of a back and forth wiggle motion like a lot of other scrubbers.
I love the fact that you can adjust the angle of the head to fit your job. It makes it really easy to do just about anything without having to get on your hands and knees or other weird positions.
**Be aware that the green scouring pad is very abrasive depending on the cleaner you use it with** I view this as a positive because it’s cut through some awesome grime with hardly any work, but it will definitely scratch some other surfaces.

Not very powerful
The first one we bought charged for four hours to full Battery, worked great. The following day it would not turn. We exchanged for this one and it is not a powerful. Says it works for 90mins. But at 40 mins it seems to need to be charged again.

Swiss Army Knife
This is a fantastic cleaning product on its own, but its compact form factor makes it truly amazing.
I find it most useful in those tricky, hard-to-reach spots, like behind the toilet or when giving the tub a good scrub.
It might not be the best for cleaning countertops, but for tackling smaller areas, it’s an incredible asset.
The battery life is adequate—you get a decent amount of use time, which generally covers my specific cleaning goals before it runs out of juice and needs recharging. For the price, it’s far more competitive than alternatives I found at Target or similar stores.
