Buy these Boots
I have tried several boots from different manufacturers over the years. I had 3 pairs of a Red Wing boot I loved but the soles weren’t replaceable and the boots eventually wore out. So, moved on to Timberland. Have two different versions of their “Pro” boots, one with a non-repairable sole, and one with. The non-repairable sole boots broke in and were comfortable. However, they wore out too, and the soles cracked open. The other pair is till going but their was a substantial break-in period. I also own another pair of Red Wing ‘Irish setters’ and They absolutely kill my feet after 5-6 hours.Enter Ever-Boot. I bought the Steel toe version. $70. From minute one these boots were comfortable. NO break in period it seems. Wore them all day for three days brand new, no issues. I even had to step into 3″ of water a few times the first day and my feet stayed dry. They are roomy, but I would say not oversize. I didn’t want to buy a half-size lower and find they were too tight so i just bought my size and I’m satisfied. For a $70 boot, these can’t be beat thus far. The sole is, as some stated, harder rubber so make sure to wear them on concrete and gravel to get the soles broken in and scuffed up before you take them onto a roof for instance, otherwise you’ll slide right off. If they last a year I’ll have gotten my money”s worth. I’m already thinking of ordering a second pair. With Amazon’s return policy, just order them. You can’t go wrong.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~UPDATE 10/13/20I stand by the original review I posted on these boots. However, I see where some reviewers are coming from when they state these boots run a size or half-size too big. After wearing them for construction on numerous occasions I have noticed they have gotten more roomy inside. Now when I go down an incline, my foot slides a bit inside the boot. So, you MAY want to order a half size smaller and see what happens during subsequent use. They’re still pretty decent but I do find that no matter what boots I’m wearing, I really need to change them out midday for another pair as my feet get tired of the same boot after working in them for 4-5 hours.

I wear 11.5 and purchased 12 fits perfect, comfortable and durable so far, like the top eyelet as fast loops always untie for me

Good Pair of Boots
Summary: These are a good, solid pair of boots. You can get better boots, but probably not at this price. This is the second pair of these boots Iâve owned. The first pair were soft toe and I used them for light winter boots and light labor. I used them for well over a year and they held up fine. With this pair (steel toe), I work in lawn care, tree work, and light construction. Iâm not as rough on these boots as ârealâ construction, but theyâre definitely not a fashion piece.Pros: The leather has held up great (I treat them regularly with Hubertâs shoe grease). Theyâre not waterproof per se, but with treatment, theyâre water resistant. I have not had issues with the midsole dissolving, which was apparently a problem at one point. The size seems accurate and I have enough room for my toes in the safety cap. Iâm coming from barefoot style footwear (Whitin, Lems), so I consider them a little uncomfortable, but thatâs an unfair comparison. These are comfortable enough as far as work boots go.Cons: The laces that came with the boots were not high quality. Youâll want a spare set on hand or youâll want to swap them out right off the bat. The outsole has started to crack sooner than I expected (see picture). This has not seemed to affect the function of the boot, but it is a negative point. The insoles that came with the boots are fine, but after being on my feet all day, I feel a bit like Iâve been walking barefoot on concrete. It would be a good idea to get some nicer insoles if youâre prone to foot pain. Some of the stitching has started to come out. The boots are holding together fine, but again itâs a negative. For moderately heavy labor, these boots can reasonably be expected to last 6 months (which seems to be the standard in construction boots). They may very well last longer than that, but Iâve used them for about a half of a year and theyâre doing fine but starting to wear in ways that may affect usability in another 3-6 months. In the âwork-bootâ lines of work, 6-9 months is a normal lifespan even for boots that run $200-$300. As long as those are your expectations, if you need a cheap pair of good enough work boots, these will not disappoint.

Pretty comfortable, not much break in needed.
Day 1 review of these is that they fit nice and are pretty comfortable on the soles. They don’t need to be super broken in like some boys I’ve bought. Can’t give a durability rating yet but as a welder I’m sure I’ll find out quickly.Great so far.

Poor leather choice
I’ve been wearing these boots daily for 3 months now. They are easily the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, and I do really like them, BUT, the leather, whatever type it is, is pretty weak, it rips and tears pretty easy. I do carpentry work, just basic remodeling on the interiors of people houses, and I have done one shingle roof in the last 3 months, I can still wear the boots, but as a way to remain professional looking I do not wear them now. I do not think I will order these again.

Great Boot
This boot is wearing well. I wear it daily and have had no issues. The boot is heavy, but I often wear heavy shoes and boots. I prefer to wear protected-toe footwear after a drunk and fat woman stepped on and crushed my toes while in a compacted crowd in Las Vegas. It took me days to recover from the pain. These boots are excellent.

Good price and comfortable
The boost fit my feet well, not all the boosts feel comfortable for my feet but this model is very comfortable for my feet. It last just as long as most others boost. The price is very economic I can buy three pairs per year still under my yearly budget. This is my second pairs and I like it. I can recommend anyone should try it especially for this price.

Great quality for the price, I would maybe suggest aftermarket insoles. Would buy again

It’s in perfect quality, just arrived, comfortable but it’s way bigger than my sneaker size, which is 10.5. I have never owned boots before so I don’t know how they should fit but they’re definitely way bigger. I would like to exchange them into size 9. No complaints about them they’re amazing it’s really just the wrong size.
