First Time Solar Charger Buyer
Ive looked at plenty of solar panels, but Ive never purchased one. I have to say, Im pleasantly surprised. I am really starting to like the GOODaaa brand. From the start: its light weight, compact, and seems to be put together very well. I really like that it comes with clips and I love the pocket on it (my favorite part). It allows you to store any charging cords that you would use with it with the panel at all times.Charge time: I did not know what to expect. I put it in direct sunlight for 30 minutes and it charged my phone for a little over 20% battery and I was using my phone on and off during that time. Ive used portable battery chargers that take longer than this, so I was very pleased. The 2 outputs for the charging cords are facing in towards the pocket, facing those outward would be a little more user friendly, but really didnt change the functionality of anything for me.My rating is a 4. (Rating Key below)- I have no reason to rate this product any lower. Its exactly what I wanted and exactly what I expected it to be. Im looking forward to trying out some more GOODaaa products in the near future.RATING KEY 0-50 – Don’t Buy.1 – Good for Free.2 – Good for the Price.3 – Worth The Buy.4 – This Is a Good Product.5 – Buy It! You’re Welcome.Disclaimer – I DID purchase this product. Thanks for reading. I will update if I am able to gather more info!

alternative to power bank
good value for the price. looks sturdy. works as intended in full sun. remember to put your device behind it so you don’t overheat your cell phone or whatever you’re charging. Also keep in mind that it’s not a fast charger but decent speed with full sun exposure.

Looks/feels great, doesn’t work
Great packaging and form factor, plugged my tablet in all day and didn’t charge a thing. So I watched it next time, although my devices will recognize an initial charge, after 5 seconds all the devices show no charge.

So far, I am impressed!
I bought this and a small battery station that also has a solar charger on it. Those I have not been impressed with in the past. This little 2 panel solar charger has worked great. I have a number of battery stations that can be used to recharge the grands iPads or my cellphone that I keep handy. One of my favorites, because it comes with the plug ons attached is SO slow to charge when plugged into the wall. I’mNot talking. Hours, I’m talking overnight and then some. Since I charged the newest addition into the solar panels but had no real way of knowing how much of any power it had when delivered I can’t say how fast or fully it charged it. My favorite charger actually gives you a number. The charge was at 48. Normally, it would take overnight to fully recharge, but ai plugged it into the double little solar panels, made sure it was in full Sun and left it. Came back outside a few hours later and it was at 100%!!! I was shocked!!I am still testing it, but just ordered 2 more. Not sure if I will keep it for me or give one to my mom. It’s nice to be able to charge your phone or a battery pack if you lose power or are out and about and don’t have access to a plug. If you didn’t have to worry about someone breaking into your car bet it would work great on a dash board charging a small power pack.If anything changes, I will update my review. My husband has said absolutely NO to a larger solar powered power station. If this continues to work like this on two small panels I may over rule him and buy one anyway! Yeah, I’m that impressed.

Must be out in sunlight for it to work.
While searching for phone accessories, I came across this item and, must admit I was skeptical about it. Many a time I’d reach for a backup battery pack only to realize that it wasn’t charged up😕😟.I was very pleased with being able to reach in my tool box not having to worry about whether it was charged (or not). Pull, unfold and connect. It was that easy, the little red light shows it’s working. This of course is to be used with sunlight. As I drive to another job site, power tools take up most of my charging ports, leaving my phone feeling like a red-headed stepchild. Pull, unfold and connect and problem solved. For those who are on the go, give it a try.
