Perfect for My Son
My son prefers his soccer socks to go up over his knees but many of them slide down easily. These slide a bit, but not contstantly like other pairs. They stay up. They hold in his shin guards and shin guard holders well. They are thick yet breathable.I was hesitant, based on experiences with other socks, but these have been perfect. We’ll be ordering more for next season as well.

So many holes!
This is the second pair I’ve purchased. I ordered the adult large for my 12 year old who wears a 9.5 in shoes. Within a couple games, he had a massive hole in the heel, and a few games later a whole in the shin. I was forced to order the same pair to make it through the season, because it’s so hard to find tall enough socks for knickers; which need to go to his thigh.

Just a little to thin for my liking
While I appreciate the design, where the calf area widens so as not to squeeze too much, the material itself is just a little thin to me. There’s no extra cushioning on the sole like many athletic socks, so I don’t know how long these will last, even with non-sports use.
