Great Vest for better than Department Store Prices
These HISDERN vests are fantastic. My date for a semi-casual wedding was tied to the wedding party. After I saw what she was wearing, I wanted to step up my separates with a vest. I ordered several styles. All of them were very nicely made and the classic colors were just right. To me, they were on par with department store products that cost much more. I’m 5’11” and 235 lbs. My only issue was that (for most styles/colors) the XL was too roomy around my waist and the L was just a bit too tight. I have wide shoulders and an average chest (I don’t know my measurements, but wear a 44R jacket). I feel like if there was an athletic or slim version of the XL, it would’ve been perfect.Charcoal (B07NMMMR6F & B07NMJPRWS), Black (B07NMT75L8), Navy (B07NMNLT64), and Khaki Herringbone Tweed with smooth back (B09D95MH4Z) all had the same fit and finish. The floral navy blue & brown jacquard vest (B07H9QWVQV) in a Large did fit me very well. So it must be cut slightly differerent from the more standard color/fabric vests. It also looks amazing. Unfortunately, it arrived a hair too late for me to use. I didn’t try on the Black Paisley Jacquard (B0774652JD) because I had ordered it in an XL and felt sure it wasn’t going to fit. The only other thing I would add is that even if the Large sizes of the standard vests had not been too tight, I think I would’ve needed their length to match that of the Extra Larges. I’ll be asking my tailor if the XL’s can be altered to fit and, if they can, I may be keeping or reordering some XLs. The khaki herringbone tweed looks great with jeans and boots.

True to size, good fabric, it made my husband look so handsome, it was lightweight and very comfortable , the color of the vest was perfect.

Item delivery on time, in good condition, a bit wrinkle, but I can have it press. The style is a bit old fashioned / traditional style for young man. The material and made is better than those Halloween custom. It looks like regular suit vest comparable to name brands. It is not stretch material. I took it to dry cleaner to wash but not sure if it is machine washable. It is a bit adjustable in the back. So, it can be boxy if let it loose. For the price and very few use of occasion. This fit the bill and working out well for my teenager son performance. If we need another color will buy this again.

The first one was too small even though the size dimensions given should have fit. The medium fit well and it looked very dressy. We used this for gala night on a river cruise instead of pacing a jacket. It looked great.

Order this long before our wedding. Arrive on time but did not fit at all. Went to return it and the Courier wouldn’t not pick up from rural road or post office. Tried contacting seller and return company with no luck.
