It adapts to your wrist like a second skin, with no pinching or discomfort. While I’m partial to the metal stainless steel strap (available separately), the default silicone strap holds its own. It’s durable, sweat-resistant, and easy to clean—perfect for gym use.Impressive Battery Life: With up to 15 days of battery life, you won’t need to charge your watch every night like with Samsung or Apple watches. I tested it with the “Always-on-display” feature on, and it lasted about five days before needing a recharge. Keep in mind that battery life may vary based on display configuration and usage.Vibrant AMOLED Display: The AMOLED display is a visual treat—crisp, vibrant, and customizable with a gallery of watch faces. The “Always-on-display” feature now offers more options, allowing you to fade out the color from the main watch face and switch to a black-and-white simplified version.Health Features: As a doctor, I appreciate the health monitoring capabilities. Blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation are all included. While wrist BP measurements aren’t as precise as elbow measurements, they provide a handy ballpark figure.Playful Animated Menus: Who knew menus could be fun? The T3’s animated menu adds a touch of playfulness—it’s like your watch saying, “Let’s explore!”Stress and Mood Tracking: Beyond the basics, the T3 tracks stress and mood. Classic and Built-To-Last
This is one of the most rugged and good-looking smart watches I’ve ever owned. The round shape of this watch is just classic and timeless. Here are some of the pros and cons:Pros: – It’s very well-made using military-grade titanium alloy material. – AMOLED display has bright, clear, responsive to touch, and easy to see even in direct sunlight. – Corning Gorilla screen is very scratch-resistant. I’ve accidentally dropped it once, and not even a scratch seen. – Paired easily with my iPhone. I’ve never missed a text notification, albeit this feature needs to be turned on in app. – Many watch faces to change so I don’t get bored with just one. – Plenty of features to track health-related data. However, results are to be interpreted with great scrutiny because it’s not medical-grade device. However, I did find heart rate, oximeter, and sleep monitor quite accurate. Steps count also seems exaggerated, but so are most smart watches. – AI Voice Assistant is pretty good, but invoking it is not seamless because I have to manually open up app on watch, then tap to give verbal command. – Intelligent Sports Recognition feature that can automatically detect current sport status like running, bicycling, etc… – Waterproof: which I’ve tested by wearing it in showers. Extremely useful quality. – The app is easy to use, customizable, and store detailed data. – Long-lasting battery. I consistently get close to two weeks of normal use before needing to recharge. – Lift-to-wake feature is responsive, and it can also be turned off.Cons: – It’s quite bulky so getting arm in and out of sleeve could be annoying. – Intelligent Sports Recognition feature requires manual confirmation which is annoying and defeats the purpose. – No tap-to-wake feature. Only lift-to-wake. – Rubber strap doesn’t seem durable. – Some of the fitness trackers are not accurate. however, I don’t completely rely on them as they’re not medical-grade, but use them as reference points only.Overall, this smart watch has a lot of features to meet everyone’s needs. It’s definitely rugged and built-to-last, and I think it’s perfect for someone who’s very physically active and outdoor adventurer. The accuracy of these fitness apps could be improved, but I’m being a realist and don’t expect them to replace certified medical equipment anytime soon.
