May be too narrow for thicker phone cases I have a Bandolier case so I had to wedge this in here to use it, but it’s pretty sturdy. When I’m not lazy, I pop my phone out of my case and this slides in fine. The marble base has a good weight and feel. It comes with adhesives that you place in the cut-out’s bottom and sides so it does not scratch up your phone. It also has silicon “feet” so it grips nicely and won’t mess up any surfaces. These were nice touches. I keep a phone holder in various rooms in my home and this one fits in nicely in my kitchen when I need my phone for recipes.
Not for me I really wanted to like this. It’s small for my desk so it doesn’t take up much space. it’s cute, stylish and different. But for me it did not work. I have a thicker case (Toru wallet case) on my phone and the cut out for the phone to sit in is just not wide enough. I have to almost push my phone it to get it sit in it. it won’t lay back; it sits straight up with no tilt so when you’re trying to watch something it’s kind a pain. I have to actually pull my phone out, and it is leaving little scratches on the case. if the slot opening was just a little bit wider this would be perfect. If you have no phone case or a thinner case I think this would work great.
Nice holder This is a lovely marble, white with some grayish markings. I love how it fits with my light kitchen. A part of it is carved out to put the phone. That part is rough, not very smooth. The rest of it is polished. The corners or where it was carved have a slightly rounded feel. Although one corner feels a bit chipped. It is not terribly noticeable. This is still classier than some other phone holders. I like the simple design and it looks good on its own. You can’t charge iPhones vertically, but you can when it is horizontal. There are silicone feet on the bottom so it won’t slide and has a soft set down. It is very sturdy being it is heavy and very little risk of it tilting over. Even with the slight corner defect, I like it very much.
Perfect puck This phone holder is the perfect addition to my desk. It is attractive and unobtrusive. The size is perfect to hold my Samsung Galaxy and yet doesn’t clutter the work space.
Very compact and very useful! The slot is generously sized to fit a variety of phones and phones with cases as well as tablets. If your phone doesn’t have a case or it has a thin case then some people may find the phone leans too far back for their taste. The solution is simple, use a felt or silicone pad like the ones place on the bottoms of vases, lamps and other things. Furniture pads can be placed on the back wall of the slot to hold your phone or tablet more vertically. I think this marble stand is great and very useful.
Looks great but not for slim phones I know I should have read closer but each photo shows two holders but there is only one in reality. So I started off slightly disappointed. I do like how it looks- classy & nicely made. It has little bumpers on the bottom which is great for wooden tables. Unfortunately I can’t get a good angle no matter if it’s horizontal or perpendicular. I have added padding temporarily while I search for a better option that will blend in. I wish I could recommend it but for my slim phone/case it just doesn’t work.
Pretty but limited Looks WAY better than cheap plastic phone stands. Comes with a couple of silicone feeling stickers to line the groove so it doesn’t scratch your phone. But it is a bit limited. Phone sits at a useable angle but it’s only that angle. Does not hold a tablet at all. Will hold my pixel fold opened up, but not if I plug it in.
It works with my iPad mini (even in it’s case). It’s small and visually looks nice (even has rubber feet to protect the surface it sits on). Price was great. Deducting a star because where it is cut does have some sharp edges (see 3rd photo). Thankfully it’s on the outside edge of mine, so will not damage my iPad screen. If buying – check edges carefully before you use.
