Great rower for workout at home!
Bought this rower and I absolutely love it. I spent about 20 minutes to assemble it, the instructions are pretty self explanatory. 30 mins workout per day, it is surprisingly quiet and smooth. One thing we love the most is the foldable feature which it allows us to store it in the upright position at the corner of the room to save space. Overall, this is a very good quality rowing machine at a good price, will recommend!

Great introductory rower
Pretty easy to assemble, though I’d recommend using your personal tools instead of the tools that come with it. One foot pedal couldn’t be tightened properly because of the body of the machine being so close (the allen wrench wouldn’t fit). Glides easy, feels sturdy even though I’m pushing the weight limit on it. The only “issue” I have is that the tension isn’t super strong. I have it on the maximum 8 and find it to be like a 3-4 on most gym machines. It’s almost too easy for me, (male, 6′ 295) and I find myself modifying my workouts to feel like I’m getting anything from it, usually just going faster and longer to feel a sufficient burn. Any lower tension feels like riding a bike in first gear down a hill, it’s almost too easy to the point that your form gets sloppy. Great intro machine though to see if you like rowing enough to buy a Nordic or higher end rower.

Surprisingly easy to assemble
Got this for my dad as his christmas present. The assembly was easy and it’s not too heavy. It comes with wheels so he can move it around by himself with ease. I tried some reps on it, and it was very smooth. The resistant levels on this rower is a little too light for me, but it works perfectly for my dad. Another thing to mention is it can stand up to save space for storage. It fits in the closet when my dad is not using it.

Solid build, easy to assemble, and a good value
I haven’t spent time actually using it yet so we’ll see how it goes. My initial impression is that this is a solid build and should last for years to come. Putting it together took approx. 30 minutes. Directions could use a little help, but they do explain exactly what part goes where and in what orientation. Not top of the line, but a good value in my opinion (especially if it becomes a close hanger :~) I am not sure if the resistance is what it should be, seems a bit light at the top setting, but after 1000 pulls it’s probably just right. Cheers and happy exercising!

Updated. Complete failure inside a week. See below
I am convinced the reason other reviews are mentioning the foot pad is that the factory welded the mount bar in the incorrect position. This may not be the case on every model but it was on mine. There is an L bracket that you bolt the foot pads too, it can be seen in the pictures above. The bracket is welded so that the hole is up, and the hole should be facing the forward position (like in the pictures). I was able to fix this by drilling new holes (see picture). If you don’t want to have to drill new holes then this might not be the machine for you. I have attempted to contact the manufacturer about this defect but can’t seem to reach anyone.Overall it’s not bad. I am used to much higher quality machines and this one is just kinda meh. I haven’t used many in this price range so I am no expert. However, I am disappointed about the quality, especially given the having to drill new holes, for the price.UPDATE: this rower completely failed after about a week of normal use. I am very disappointed in the product. The foot pads have started wearing out the screw holes where the two screws hold them in place. Meaning the foot pads themselves have to be tightened every use. This started after the third use. The cable has completely stopped retracting and now takes about 5 minutes or so to slowly wind itself back up. I am guessing this is meant for much lighter use and not any prolonged rowing. The plastic cover for the cable that covers it at the handle to keep it from sliding off center has started to crack and looks like it will fail after a couple more uses. In my opinion it’s probably a much better idea to bite the bullet and buy a much batter machine unless you are looking for another piece of equipment to collect dust until you get around to selling it on craigslist

Decent Rower. Good for the money
Needs more resistance. Not enough for higher levels. Good for average person but not for a higher level athlete or strong person. Wheels are crappy to move rower around and the bolts to secure the piece near the wheels are too big. Maybe I put it together wrong but I don’t think I did.

A good budget rower for a big guy
During the recent quarantine, I ordered this in to start a workout regimen. I have medical conditions that make cardio very difficult, especially with a large belly to work with. After almost two weeks with this machine, here are my quick thoughts.1) The computer that comes with it is EXTREMELY minimal, and only measures in miles. In rowing communities, everyone focuses on their splits measured in meters, so bear that in mind. It also doesn’t have a counter for “strokes per minute,” although it does show the total number of strokes in the session.2) I’m 6’5″ with a 34″ inseam, and feel like the length of the track is fine for myself, the only difficulty is that the position of the handle at its most retracted (during the “catch”), is too close for comfort. It’s not enough to be a problem as I’m still working on my form and gut, but when I am able to reach further, I can see that I would want an Erg like a Concept2, something that has a little more stretch for the arms.3) I started out just above 300 lbs, and that was a big reason I chose this machine (not to mention the price). It has held up fine to that.4) It is pretty quiet, definitely quiter than an elliptical or treadmill. But the lubrication it comes with gets worn down and touching it up with lubricant along the seat track helps with that. The noisiest part so far has been the foot pedals. They tend to rattle and squeak a bit in high intensity. The buckle on the strap also bent open while I was tightening. Taking care not to pull too hard on that would be smart, but it would be nice if it were stronger.

Nice and quiet, easy to move. This was a great purchase! It took a little longer than we expected to assemble, but it came together nicely. Take your time and you’ll have no problems. The tools/bolts etc come in two separate packages. We initially found one and had to dig through the packaging to see if there was more.

Quiet, comfortable, compact, and a great workout. It arrived faster than expected and in perfect condition. Instructions are a bit confusing. Note: attach the pedals to the base before you install the base to the machine (instructions say the contrary)

I’m impressed…. I’m over 300 lbs… bought this as it has a 300 lbs. Max capacity… very well built… very easy to assemble…extremely quiet… small in stature… easy to move. Had it for a week… hopefully it will remain this good!

I’ve been using this rowing machine for over a year. It works great and had a little difficulty with one part of putting it together, but overall it was fairly easy to assemble. It works great and gets well used. I do find that it moves quite a bit when you are using it. It folds up for storage. I was hoping that it would fold up a little more compact than it does. The rollers work ok but I find it awkward to move. I wish they had put locking wheels on both parts of the rowing machine for easier moving and also to help it stay stationary when you are using it. It doesn’t fold up that much which I found a little disappointing, but it is a great workout and reasonably priced.
