Holds everything
I love this laptop/briefcase is perfect. Plenty of pockets and places for my organizing needs. Seems very sturdy so far. Not too big but but big enough to hold everything I need to have for work. Best of all is the price. Definitely worth the money! I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Just what I needed.
Enough space for all I need. Love the many hidden pockets to store items. Very durable.

Pretty good
This bag was amazing, as a school student, it held just about everything I ever really needed for school except I guess a place to put a water bottle but I don’t really use one. But after a pretty long use from the start of the school around September to this February, I realised the bottom of it ripped. Sadly I’m scared it’ll rip even further and drop all my books so I have to buy a new one. This one paid it’s service well but it lasted shorter than I would’ve liked and expected.

Excellent bag!
Bought this to keep my stuff for work. Haven’t tried to put my laptop in it but I carry my Samsung tab S9+, a large binder and several other essentials for my daily work life. Lots of pockets and organizer sleeves in the front pocket.

Love this bag!
I actually had this same bag prior to this one but made from a different material, that one fell apart on me and I was very disappointed with it, which almost made me not get this bag. I came searching for something within a certain price point but also made with good, durable materials. I didn’t realize this was the same bag as I had but just different materials until I was about to add it to cart. After a bit more thought I went ahead and gave it a try and so far no regrets.
The reason I was so disappointed with my previous bag was because I don’t put a lot of stress on the bad, yet it was tearing at multiple seems. I only use this bag two days a week, I use it to hold a few things I take into the office at work on the weekends and once I’m in the office and remove those things it just sits there, the rest of the week it sits in my vehicle. So there’s no reason with that light use the bag I had should have been ripping apart at the seems in less than a year.
This bag has been great though, good material, no threads coming out of the seems or anything like that so far. Plenty of compartments for my various items. If I had to pick out one con, it’s the little cushion thing on the strap. Not quite sure how to articulate my issue with it but I find it mildly annoying at times.

Not The Best For Students
I purchased the Messenger Bag for Men and Women for my 8th grader, and it offers both pros and cons. The bag’s lightweight design is a plus for students carrying laptops and essentials but, a reoccurring issue for my son, is that the straps continually slip out of place, causing the bag to sag down and him to do that strong lean to the side to keep the bag from slapping against his legs. He often has to adjust the straps throughout the day, to prevent the slouch in his shoulders and keep the bag from pulling too much during his busy day moving between classes. The bag’s size and storage capacity is pretty good with with different compartments that offer ease of access without having to unclip the flap and open the entire bag but again– those darn straps. While the build quality is decent, the shoulder strap, and the clips, could be a bit sturdier and maybe that would prevent the slipping and need for adjustment. In summary, this bag is a reasonable choice for a lightweight and professional look but may not be the best for students and may be better for professional use.

Bought this for our son starting 6th Form.
What he needed was space for a few books plus his laptop or tablet (or both!).
It was bought with the intention of using it in addition to a rucksack as it offers better protection for electronic stuff and we had problems with text books etc getting wet because the rucksack wasn’t waterproof.
The messenger bag (or what I used to call a despatch bag) is now used instead of the rucksack which has been retired. It holds all his books, laptop and doesn’t let the water in.
It also looks smarter than a rucksack and wouldn’t look out of place in an office environment. You wouldn’t be embarrassed about going to a meeting and bringing the bag along with you to carry your laptop for a presentation or whatever. Rucksacks can look a bit unprofessional in those circumstances.
It’s early days, but can’t really fault it so far. Obviously it’s not a ‘branded’ bag i.e. it doesn’t have a tick or three stripes on it, and I thought that might be an issue for someone of our son’s age, but apparently not.
If you’re looking for something slightly smarter and slightly more organised than a rucksack, this would be a pretty good choice.

It has a neat design with deep pockets to keep notebooks, mobile, earplugs etc. fits well. The shape is however is not as sturdy as what is shown in the photo.

Having read other buyers reviews I knew this wasn’t going to be a black bag like the picture shows and the listing describes it as. It is a very dark grey, however I don’t mind that and it does look good. As well as the checked luggage I usually take carry on luggage consisting of one backpack which goes into the overhead locker and stays there for the duration and then I keep a messenger bag with me next to or under the seat.
It needs to be able to have my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+, Ipad pro, Kindle, Nintendo Switch in its case and all the associated charging cables. Also need smaller items like earplugs, floss sticks, eye masks, small A6 sized water bottle and my daily pills (and there are plenty of them!), a backup book and a magazine and all my travel documents.
Happy to say that this bag fits my requirements very adequately with room for more items. Just the job. It is also fairly light for its size at 680 grams. Can’t wait until I go to Penang in November to properly put the bag to the test.
