Great over camis or base Light layer!
Despite some of the reviews, (especially for the darker colors), White is cotton spandex mix . And these feel like cotton. (see picture of label Marked as cotton). These are super stretchy, so get your normal size or if you want it snug, size down.! Pix show wearing over dark navy Hanes stretch cotton cami . What a great light sheerish cotton and stretchy shirt!Snug but comfortable wearing just a L 235lbs at 5â3â. Normally would need a XL. Perfect!

Awesome form fitting semi sheer shirt
These shirts are NOT TO SMALL. Modest women should move along unless you plan on layering. These are 8% spandex and they stretch a lot. They are meant to be worn stretched taught as in the model photo, it’s very form fitting and sexy. The material is thin and semi opaque but even more sheer stretched over my girls. I’m 6ft 200# and bought the two large white shirt package, they are very form fitting and they look fabulous. They show off my figure and my pretty 42G lace bras nicely. The material is very soft and stretchy and although the shirt may appear tight it’s very comfortable and non binding and it doesn’t smash my girls down. I can’t emphasize enough how stretchy they are! I think I could stretch a small onto my X-large body. The only problem I could see is the sleeves could be to tight if you have thick arms.

Way too small and not returnable!
I ordered the shirt in black size large. I usually wear size medium but wanted it to be loose fitting. It was so small that I couldnât even put it on. It seemed well made so I was going to return it and order a larger size. When I went to my orders to ask for return, it said this item wasnât eligible for returns! No explanation! I will avoid ordering from this vendor in the future and will be very careful when ordering clothes from Amazon!

Very tight
These shirts are what I was looking for a base layer for my outdoor walks. However they run small. Definitely recommend going a size up. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would have exchanged for a large

sleeves are far too small for the body size
I like how thin Active Basics cotton t-shirts are. They are perfect for sleeping and running. In the past I have ordered xxl because that was the only size available other than xs. I normally wear a Medium. While most of the body of the xxl fit slightly loosely, the neck was ENORMOUS on me, fitting more like a plunging scoop than a crew. So I figured I’d size up by one this time, and get Large. But Amazon explicitly told me that I should order a Medium this time, so I did, thinking that Active Basics might have changed their sizing. I have to return them. The body fits close but comfortably as expected, but the sleeves are so tight that it’s a little annoying, and they can’t be pushed up to the elbow at all (an absolute requirement when I get hot).

If you’re a small person, get the Small – I love these shirts!
If you’re a small person, then get the Small. I listened to the “too tight” reviews and bought a set of Large & Medium, which both were too big. I just received the Small, and they are perfect! I am about 100 lbs, 5’1″. I’ll keep the larger ones because I can wear them around the house, but I can’t use them for layering as they will add bulk underneath my clothes, which I do not want. These shirts are for layering, so they are supposed to be close to your body. They are not meant to be a loose t-shirt. If you are happy with your figure and want to show off, you can wear them alone; but if you’re not too happy or not looking to show off, you’ll want to wear them underneath something. For me, I love them to wear with shrugs, or open cardigan sweaters, or under “summer” shirts and t-shirts. Basically, you can wear your summer clothes all winter if you wear one of these underneath – I love these shirts! If they are loose, they will add bulk under your top layer and you’ll look like a stuffed turkey. They are meant to be tight, but comfortable, and these are both! So perfect, and they are stretchy enough and long enough that they don’t ride up when you bend! I paid a lot more for shirts like this that ended up getting thrown out because they moved up every time I lifted my arms.Just placed another order for a boatload of different colors. Again – I love these shirts!

Perfect soft undershirt or layered over a tank
I read the reviews on this shirt and ordered a size up as many of the reviews recommended. I am normally a small, ordered a medium and it fits exactly as I wanted it to. I purchased to be an undershirt, so I wanted it to be snug. if you are looking for something loose then you should order two sizes up. It is very thin, which again is fine for my intentions to be an under shirt, but be advised you will need to a wear something underneath it if you are intending to wear it as a top layer. Very soft and comfortable, adds just the right amount of warmth under sweaters. I wish it was not a “Lay flat to dry” shirt but so many of my soft shirts are that I am pretty used to it and dont really mind. I would recommend this shirt and am likely to buy more (to wear while waiting for the others to “lay flat to dry”).

Perfect for Layering
Must-have layering piece. I now have these in multiple colors of both the short-sleeve and long-sleeve versions. IMO these shirts are best for layering and they work perfectly for that.Comfort: I am super-sensitive to the “comfort factor”; I cannot stand anything that binds, constricts, or scratches. I won’t wear belts, suits, underwires, high heels, or pantyhose. These tops are extremely soft, light and comfortable. They look and feel like cotton but the spandex makes them very stretchy as well as more durable. I could easily sleep in these.Sizing: I ordered my normal shirt size–large–and they fit the way I wanted, which is snug all over so it doesn’t bunch up under other layers. Still very comfy though. If you want the shirt to fit like on the model–with a little looseness at the waist and on the sleeves–order a size up. If you’re between sizes, order a size up. If you want to wear these shirts by themselves, I’d probably order two sizes up.I’ve ordered a lot of clothes on Amazon (and returned a lot) but I just keep buying more of these, along with the Active Basics extra-long camis, which are also fantastic. Now I just need extra-long versions that can be worn with leggings.
