Great shoes!
I am a big fan of this company. The boots they make hold up! The last pair I bought for my husband lasted over a year. He is very hard on his boots. He’s a contractor and builds homes for a living. He’s constantly up on a roof or climbing around something so he needs a comfortable boot that has great tread. When his other boots finally wore out I bought this pair. Great quality, super comfortable, nice tread on them. They fit like they should. Couldn’t be happier. I will continue to buy from this company. They make Hugh quality shoes/boots.

These are a great pair of shoes had them for while now only thing after a few months had to change out the sole but they are still very comfy and holding up very well.

Very comfortable
First test I out these boots on was a 3 hour trail by my house that was all gravel and dirt. More of a Ć¢ĀĀoff the beaten trailĆ¢ĀĀ type of hike. They felt amazingly comfortable throughout the hike and didnĆ¢ĀĀt make my feet sore at all, even after the hike. Very durable, able to take a rough hike and not have to worry about rocks/pebbles getting in your boots. Nor do you have to worry about thorns poking through the boot and into your shoe. Highly recommend these to any hiker beginner or avid.

According to the box, this model is a Moab 3 GTX size 12. I did a couple of miles of pavement walking and found it to be comfortable with good arch and overall support. It felt about the same as a Moab 3 WP that i also tried. I would like a little more cushion, however. I did keep these as a replacement for my old original Moab pair that had started to wear.

Firstly these are very comfortable boots. I’ve had several pairs over the years and have found them comfortable straight out of the box with no problems. I find Merrel sizes a bit on the small side and order a full size up from my shoe size. I find these boots accommodate my gnarly feet better than leather ones.They are a good quality item as you’d expect from Merrel, probably best for general hiking and, being fabric, they can suffer a bit on very hard terrain. They have a good, grippy Vibram sole, decent fastenings and laces and are waterproof in general useIf you look at all the different price options, they can vary quite widely, but there are usually some good offers available which make these very good value for money.
