Inexpensive smart watch, great customer support
I purchased this as an experiment— I have friends who use smart watches and like them, but I’d never tried one. I have an Apple 13 phone, but knew that I wasn’t going to buy the (expensive) Apple Watch— I’m both old enough and disabled enough that I have no use for a fitness tracker.This watch from HanFit is, of course, advertised as a fitness tracker, and you can set it according to any number of sports— not including swimming, as it’s insufficiently waterproof. Just because you can doesn’t mean you must, and that’s not what I wanted it for. Instead, I got it for making and receiving phone calls while driving (I’m old enough to remember Dick Tracy!), and to monitor my pulse, especially while walking.Setup was surprisingly easy, being mostly a matter of connecting it to my phone’s Bluetooth and playing around with it until I was comfortable with the functions. Once connected, it automatically synced time settings, etc., although you do have to tell if you want metric versus Imperial measurements as well as load up to 50 contacts from your phone.Is it a superior piece of technology, at the level of the newest and most expensive Apple products? Of course not. But for the price, it’s a smart purchase— it does everything it says it will.I also like the ability to change watch faces, and especially to choose to use any photo I want from my phone.A particularly positive note: the accompanying app makes it very easy to contact their online customer service and support, and I have found the person (or, I suppose these days, the AI) on the other end very helpful.

Great so far, best bang for the $$$
This watch is amazingly awesome. Been on for 3 days and not had to charge yet. Great phone calls with crisp sound. I like that I can check my heart rate, blood oxygen level and stress level. Testing it out in the pool today but has done great in shower so far.

Good for the price point
I’ve been wearing this watch for about 4 days now and have been satisfied with the watch so far. I really like the size of the watch. The band feels strong and hardy. It has a nice selection of watch faces to choose from. The calling and receiving texts work well. The sound on both ends (receiving and calling) is surprisingly clear. My only gripe is it only shows the phone numbers of who’s texting or calling you. I drive A LOT for work and needed something to keep me as hands free as possible. This is a great cheap solution for now and would recommend.
