Cool but not long lasting
Tbh I haven’t used this for it’s “intended” purposeI used this on an 85 degree day while nursing outside. So that my 4mo wouldn’t over heat while nursing outside worked good but the ice packs only stayed cool for 5 mins in those conditions

Works well for my baby
I love these burp cloths. They are so versatile and easy to use. My newborn has an upset stomach/gets gassy often, and it is great that it is so easy for me to put the packet in the microwave for a few seconds then console my baby. I use it when she is sitting upright or if she is laying on my chest, and I sometimes lay it on her stomach when she is in her swing. It soothes her very quickly. I love that there are spots for both cold therapy and hot therapy, this is genius.

Misleading
I like the product except for its instructions. The instructions say you can put it in the microwave but do not because it might start a fire, unless mine was defective. I just run it under hot water to warm it up. I like the towel you put it in is very soft.

Perfect
Works well for baby and I . I use it for my breasts while feeding and use it on her tummy. It doesnt stay warm long though which i need .
