Bamboo Kitchen Shelves – Shelves add space to your kitchen like magic We have an RV that like most is tight on space, especially in the kitchen. These shelves fit ontop of just about any space and provide extra space immediately.I really like the difference in the heights of the shelves. When you have a spot, like the back ofyour table, that isn’t quite wide enough for two shelves, the shorter one can nestle under thetaller one to fit the width available. This nestling feature also works for corners where youagain need to optimize the space available. The shorter shelves are still tall enough to provide very good storage space under them. I haveno doubt you’ll be able to fit many of the items already in place under them so each onedoubles the space you currently have. The shelves require very little to assemble. A short Phillips screw driver will do it. Onceattached the legs are secure and strong. The kit comes with small non-skid adhesive backeddots that go on the bottom of each corner of the legs. These keep the shelves where you placethem.I highly recommend these shelves if you are finding yourself short of storage space.
Sigh The one thing that this set needs is the tool to install the screws. Aside from that it is a nice set of mini shelves that may be mixed and matched, which is what I planned.However. I am unable to assemble the smaller shelves because the only tool I have is a Phillips screwdriver and the angle is impossible to get leverage to tighten the screws. The current status is one wobbly shelf until the proper tool can be located.Aside from the mechanical issue, these are attractive and sturdy, the metal framework ensures they will not topple and clearly can take whatever normal things you would use on them and they will work without the shelves buckling or getting swayback over time.
These are a quick and easy way to add storage and interest to your counters. These are a quick and easy way to add storage and interest to your counters. For less than $35 adding an extra level of renter friendly space to your counter tops is a pretty good deal.Even with a lot of counter space it’s not always usable these shelves add function to some of the space that’s just there. And if your counter space is more limited (as it is for most of us) these add storage without taking up too much of the space you do have. They’re super easy to put together, and extremely easy to move around to make the most of.Great for using on pretty much any flat, nonmoving surface.I honestly think these are a great buy.
Great additional shelving These work great for my purpose. I needed more shelves under our bathroom sink and they serve it’s purpose wonderfully. I now have supreme organization when I didn’t previously. They are nice and sturdy and are a great size for small spaces. The assembly was a breeze
Received wrong amount of pieces, annoying to assemble So… first of all, for how simple of an item this is to put together they made it really annoying with one small detail. But when thats the only thing you have to do to put something together, then it’s kind of like, how do you get that so wrong?Because the screws go under the board through the leg frames, and the leg frames are so short, it is difficult to get to the screws with a conventional screw driver. But that is what they give you with the kit… a long screwdriver that is too long to fit under the leg frames. I have a short screw driver and opted to use that instead. But when you get to the end of tightening the screws it gets very difficult without being able to fully get your hand in there and grip it. I managed to get the job done however this entire problem would be easily remedied by including an Allen wrench screw driver instead of a long normal screw driver. This would allow you to get in there and have leverage for tightening with no problems whatsoever.Ok and second, my package came with 3 large boards and only one small. Meaning out of the full set of four, I can only slide one of them under another. The other 2 are both the same size board and so one will not slide under the other. At first I thought maybe it was just me or I put the wrong legs on the wrong board. I quadruple checked, they sent me 3 of the large boards. They still work and I just got them to put in my kitchen cupboard, so its not the end of the world. Though it would be nice to be able to slide them together to save space, moving, storage, whatever the future may hold. Idk, they’re still nice and get the job done for the price. I guess after being frustrated with how simple of a task was made an annoyance by providing the wrong tool for the job, plus realizing they sent the wrong amount of parts for the complete set just left me sour. Still not going to give a lower review cause they’re not bad and they still work. But that is why I gave 3 stars.
Perfect for my cabinets I’ve purchased a few different types of shelf/cabinet risers before and I really like these. First, the tops are solid. I personally can’t stand the white wire rack ones or even the white wire mesh top ones. Not only do those bend and warp, but I like having a smooth surface shelf so that items sit flat and aren’t easily knocked over. It helps that the color of these (griege) perfectly matches my kitchen floors. These are a good depth and will fit most cabinet shelves, even the shallow ones in my pantry. They were also easy to put together. The 2 different heights are fine, but I would suggest that the company make a package option where all shelves are the same height. My only minor complaint was that they only provided 10 of the foam feet for the bottom- they assume that people will stack the shelves on top of each other, in which case, you wouldn’t need feet for the shelf that sits on top. However, I’m not using mine stacked, so I would prefer to have enough feet so that I could use four on the corners of each shelf (16 total). If I could take off a half star for that, I would, but other than that, I’m very happy with these.
OK smaller shelves You could use these for a verity of applications. We are using to put under the bathroom cabinet. They are OK on Sturdiness. They are easy to put together and they will fit inside of each other (Not sure of any benefit for that part). These are self supporting and Not Designed to hang on a wall.
