Great Phone
Not as durable as I once thought, this is my second phone. Other one dropped on the face and now it is a paperweight because it no longer works.

Not rugged
The videos demoing the phones shows that it’s very rugged and can handle being dropped on it’s face etc. My wp19 shattered from a foot off the ground onto concrete. It’s an amazing phone overall but is not rugged if shatters that easily.

Not compatible with Verizon.
Works for calls but cannot do group chats and randomly fails to receive messages. Other than that everything else works as intended. Expected the phone to function properly for the price but it works enough for what I need.
