Cheap plastic
The product is cheap plastic and metal that’s not stiff enough to remove anything. Ended up throwing away after trying it twice.Spend a couple more dollars and get a name brand.

Bought to replace first one I misplaced!
Misplaced my first one, and simply HAD to have another! Unbelievably versatile. Iâm a do-it-yourself plummer (of simple projects!) i donât tackle advanced plumbing, and so far this tool has done EVERYTHING I NEEDED IT TO DO! donât hesitate! Youâll be the envy of all your friends! Super to buy for do it yourselfers, especially women who may not have the hand strength needed for some projects! I bought this for myself (awoman) after s hand surgery!!!

Useful gadget
I had this thing for weeks while I was waiting for a basin wrench. The basin wrench came it was useless as it wouldnât lock on the nut. so I thought Iâd give this a try. I had no water in my kitchen and my husband is traveling. It came with no instructions. I shoved the gray end up under the sink and it fit perfectly onto the water supply line. It took less than 60 seconds to get the lines off. The same to get the lines attached for the new faucet. Itâs a plastic thingamajig that comes with no instructions that is now my favorite tool. It comes with several different size attachments that go on the other end of the thingamajig. Simple but useful.

Bad quality . Pay extra for tool that works
Iâve used the ârealâ version contain tool befor Rand it works great. This Amazon âchinaâ version is really bad quality . The plastic bend out and loses its grip on the plumbing parts itâs meant to hold on to. Itâs nearly unusable if the faucet is screwed in tightly for long time .Spend extra $15 and get the real tool. Same shape but bigger and better quality

Perfect tool for those hard to reach water connections.
Makes changing faucets easy. Under sink, wash basins, and bathroom sinks. Attachments for most size connections. Saves time. Great product.

The faucets in my home are all tight quarters and the first one i installed in the bathroom took me ages because it was so difficult even with small adjustable wrenches as it’s hard on the back. I saw this just before replacing the one in the kitchen and it helped make quick work with that. For 15 bucks, put the wrenches away and just use this. Saves a lot of back pain too haha.

I rated it 4 stars because the product is made of plastic and is slightly flexible, giving the impression that it might break when twisted. However, it still managed to get the job done.

The zinc alloy component will not fit over a toilet valve stem and so cannot be used to install or remove the valve fastener under the toilet. I bought this product because there is a video demonstrating exactly that function. Returning for refund.Update: I ended up keeping this and filing down the zinc component so it would fit. Ended up working but not without quite a bit of effort.

Most China products nowadays are pretty good–professional packaging, instructions with mangled English. But not this product. Cheap cardboard box held together with Scotch tape. And NO instructions whatsoever! Luckily the Amazon page gives more info.Luckily I bought it as 46% off, so it’s cheap enough to keep in my toolkit for the rare times I need these tools. Still can’t figure out the “14 in 1” features though.
