Hard to install and/or remove
This product is cute and was easy to assemble but difficult to install on the actual vent. The dial does not turn easily and it requires two hands and a few attempts. I purchased this to use for work and planned to move it from vehicle to vehicle day to day but that will not be happening. If you plan to put it in your car and leave it there then go ahead, this is for you.

This is a useful phone holder. When installed it securely grips the phone. Putting and pulling the phone out is straightforward. The clamps are wide enough to keep the phone secure even while in the case.
One of my concerns is that because of the silver edge, it could be mistaken for a real phone and draw the attention of unintentional passersby.
My primary concern, though, is that the holder will block the car’s vent once installed. When I looked at the website, I saw photographs of car vents that were incompatible with this phone holder. The one that I installed my  holder on, was not listed there. If I had known, I would not have ordered it.
Overall, it is a good phone holder, however if your car vent is small, it will obstruct it.
