These are much more like previous âbike pantsâ I have used. True compression feature is key, otherwise you might as well wear any other pair of lightweight shorts. RBX is a good brand; I have many of their exercise pants at different lengths as well.
I am 5â6â, 160, and found the XL the best fit for my waist. As Iâm now older (68) and apparently pre-disposed, due to genetics, to a spare tire around my midsection for the rest of my life (no matter what I do!), I needed to go up a size. Waist on XL is comfortable at waist; legs are a teeny bit bigger than Iâd like, but no big deal. Still snug enough. They work! If I did not have a glob of a midsection and was truly still nice and fit for my height and weight (which I used to be ð)â¦I would stick with the Large.
