Africa friendly
Bought this phone to use in Africa on a vacation and it did the job with dual sim compatibility. It had a good battery life as well. Picture quality is not the greatest but it is a great value for your money.

The phone that I purchased has a code from the United Arab Emirates. I am unable to use it.
A total waste of TIME and MONEY. I got this phone Galaxy A04e through Amazon in the USA to be able to use it in Spain. On arriving to Spain I try to activate it with a local phone number that I have with ORANGE and they asked me if I have the pin, I toll them that I didn’t created a pin for the phone. They suggested for me to go to the Samsung technical support center in Madrid. In Samsung they toll me the this phone origin was from the Unites Arab Emirates and they were no able to eliminate the pin that was blocking the phone and apparently was installed previous to my purchase. I payed $97.55 though Amazon and a phone that supposed to be new to use in foreign countries, is useless. The day of purchase was February 14, my trip to Spain was I the end of May.

What terrible decision it was to buy this phone!
Super laggy and it would not operate with a SIM card after I wasted my money activating, buying a new sim, and a professional trying to fix it.
And the face recognition is terrible⦠itâll only scan one position of your face. If you so much as turn by a centimeter or not the right kind of lighting, it wonât work
Bad investment⦠Save your money and buy a more recent and good quality phone⦠this is not it!
Returning it doesnât even justify the time, energy, and money wasted here

This phone comes with what should be they got charger in the box. It’s said unlocked on description but it’s not!!!! gotta get this stuff returned coz I can’t use it.
