Inexpensive and works really well!
I purchased this to try it out as a “replacement” for our stupidity expensive ADT service, where the cameras hardly ever worked correctly.
Installation was super easy, and the (free) app is simple, gives you all the information and features for the camera and works really well. The picture and sound are great, and there is two-way audio. I also like that it can run just on the internal rechargeable battery, so it can be placed anywhere (like my detached garage). The app shows how much charge the camera has, and it can easily be brought in to charge when needed.
While this camera is not linked to a monitoring service, it has all the features like motion detection with alerts, live view and recording/snapshot from the app, you can download and delete files from the app, etc. All of this, and it’s really inexpensive, too. If you want more and longer cloud storage from the app and intelligent notification, there are subscriptions for the app, but I’m fine with the free service (* see update below).
All you need an SD card (equal or less than 128gb). It will record up to 20 seconds each time it detects motion, with a 1 minute pause between captures (to save space and battery), or you can manually record. I’m really thinking this might be all I really need for security cameras.
*Update – The motion detection on this is very sensitive, even on the low setting, so it is recording video clips all the time (it covers a small bit of the road we live on, so it “sees” most of the cars that go by)…which is actually great, as I would not want to miss any potential important activity, but I was getting notifications for each event! So, I purchased the most basic plan for $32 per year…it allows me to create a specific area in the coverage area where I want to be notified of any activity (I selected just my driveway and porch). Any activity outside this area is still recorded, but I just don’t get notified, and it works great. It also will recognize vehicles in the driveway, delivered packages, people, pets, and increases the cloud storage to 3 GB and 15 days.
To give you an idea of how it’s been working, I have almost 300 20-second video clips saved over the past few days and it is only 3 GB of my SD card (SD video), and it has been installed for almost two weeks and it is at 62% battery, so I am very happy with those numbers. Like I mentioned before, it’s very easy to delete unwanted videos so I don’t ever envision having a problem with storage.

The Best Investment in Home Security
The best affordable security camera I’ve invested in. I’ve had mine for a while and I love everything about it. I love that it’s wireless, you can record while live, it has an alarm that can be activated to deter thieves and the motion detection works great. Also, it’s so easy to set up and install and the monthly fee for Cloud is less than a cup of coffee.

A good product for the price but it has a few glitches in the app. I own 5 of these.
The cameras are nice quality and overall work quite good. I have the optional solar panels on 4 of the 5 and the 5th is next to an outlet so is plugged in. This all works well. The one camera did film two people casing my home in the dead of night and the police were impressed with the video quality. I uploaded the video of the intruders above. They walked in and quickly left before the police arrived. Nothing was taken. I added a 5th camera to watch over my shop doors after this incident.
There are a few small drawbacks. I have to sleep the cameras at times when I am outside working. This is done via the app. Sometimes, the cameras are hard to wake back up. It sometimes takes several try’s to get them back on line. Often it just says they are “unresponsive”. Other times they wake right up. I don’t know why they are sometimes difficult to wake. I hope they offer a firmware upgrade to fix this bug.
The motion detection is adjustable with the app. Sometimes the cameras record short 5 second clips of no activity. I’m not sure what they are sensing. Maybe shadow movement. By and large they work well. I like the phone notification they give if activated. For a low cost security setup, these are hard to beat, just know they are not perfect but I give them 4 stars and would give them 5 if the sleep/wake issue is resolved.
There are also several remote features you can activate from the app. You can see in real time through the camera. You can activate a siren, or a white light as well as speak and listen through the camera. Full screen video is also an option.
You need to have solid internet access for them so be sure you don’t have any dead zones where you want to put them. I have a Deco WiFi mesh 6E system with several nodes to cover my whole property and after improving my mesh network, all my cameras get good signal. If they have weak signal, they won’t work properly and will go offline frequently. I had this issue initially until I upgraded my mesh using these WIFI Mesh devices.

I recommend these cameras and have 5 of them in service now for a few months. You need to clean off the un-needed clips using the app daily or add memory chips to the cameras for more storage. I just delete all the clips regularly and if you need, you can download the keepers to your phone’s photo storage. Other than the few issues I list above, they work fine. Really well for how inexpensive they are. The app is also quite good.

Fantastic!
These have amazing battery life. I installed one on my enclosed front porch and it still hasn’t needed charged…and that was over a month ago. They are super easy to set up and come with a smartphone app. It’s $47.49/year/cam OR $105.99/year/unlimited cameras. I currently have three mounted and another three coming soon. I can control them from my phone, get notifications, there is cloud storage, on-board storage with external microSD. Night color is perfect. Brightness is great. You can also use it free if you don’t wanna pay for the annual subscription. Either way I’m happy with it. It connects via WiFi (2.4 GHz only – it has a further reach than 5G). Easily adjustable and installed. I’m in love with these bad boys!

At this price point, works just fine. Only problem is that is the WIFI requires 2.4 GHz instead of the 5 GHz. Not sure why it’s like this. The camera cant transmit on the 5 GHz.
