9 reviews for Smart Watches for Men(Answer/Dial Calls),1.43” AMOLED Always-on Display,Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate/SpO2/Sleep Monitor,400mAh/120 Sports Modes/ IP68 Waterproof Military Smartwatch for IOS Android
So nice looking I boight it for My Son in law for Father’s Day let me tell you he LOVES it. It looks like a $1,000 watch has 2 bands he could adjust to fit. Many kool menu items to adjust for a sports addiction with serving in the Military. Best purchase ive ever gotten for him!!!!I highly recommend this purchase!
Good watch I was skeptical at first, I’ve had other brands that were junk. This is a nice smart watch. Clear screen, not grainy or blurry.Yes you can read all messages and calls. Speaker is surprisingly loud.I highly recommend if your looking for a fair priced smart watch. I’m buying a 2nd one in silver.
Good quality for the price I have used this for about a week and I am very satisfied with it overallIt performs all its functions of calling, notifying incoming app and text messages, assorted monitoring, etc. Very wellMy only major complaint is customizabilityI purchased this watch as I like the shape and feel of older analog watches, unfortunately this one didn’t seem to have the ability to do a decent custom watch face.In the app there is a “watch faces ” tab which allows you to change and add additional watch faces from their “dial center “If you like just fiddling around and trying to find a average premade face there is tons to choose from in hereUnfortunately if you find a face you like the look of (all except one minor thing) there is no way to change or tweak it at allI for instance like the moon phase dial which indicates a 24 hour cycleThere are two faces available from what I can find that have this design, but one of them came off as very dull being all grey and the other had these displays I didn’t want like footsteps and heartbeat (I prefer having something more simple almost giving the illusion of being a real watch )Also their existing watch face designs are just in a random jumble, which is really annoying to sit and swipe through. For instance they had a bunch of Christmas ones and somehow they are just randomly scattered throughout the pageI wouldn’t be as annoyed with the inability to change the existing watch designs if their customized watch face was even a little more advancedI would love to be able to design a custom artwork for a analog watch and change it up every now and thenUnfortunately all their app can do is add a background image behind a bland and boring text that displays digital time and dateYou can change the text color but you can’t change font or even the placement of it on the pictureno analog option anywhere from what I can tellThe app is pretty straightforward and easy to use in every other wayI just wish the customizability was betterUsing it to make and receive calls has worked better than expectedEverything is crystal clear and the watch even has a speaker and mic inside so you can talk to it like a futuristic communicator deviceAlso using it to control music and volume on my phone has been niceIt will not play any audio through the watch speaker though unless it is a phone callIt works nice though if you are just wanting to control your phone that is already connected to a different speaker
Almost perfect! Well-designed inside and out! I have reviewed several watches (27) in the past couple months and this smart watch is the one that ticks almost every one of my boxes.I prefer round watches and this one has the sleekest and smoothest style among my test lot. The chrome sides and black rim around the screen are stylish without a bunch of angles and geegaws. The AMOLED screen is brilliant! With its 466×466 pixel resolution, the graphics are clear and bright! IP68 means the watch is completely dustproof and can withstand being submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes – so no worries about getting it damaged by water. The 400mAh sized battery is at the very top of watches in this price range. I didn’t use it to take calls, had the screen brightness on halfway and it lasted several days with lots to spare (use patterns will impact the battery life on any smart watch).Operationally, the watch is a breeze. The main button is rotatable, which provides a nice option to swiping the screen. A “quick menu” is a down-swipe away and provides two screens for easy access to the most-used functions (among them is the often-used Raise to Wake switch for easy access to turn off the screen at bedtime). The main menu functions (swipe left from the main screen) have sub-screens with additional info (including several-day weather forecast). Timers and alarms can be set from the watch (believe it or not, a LOT of smart watches require alarms to be set from the phone app). The Alarm Clock notification is a seven-note song that repeats along with accompanying vibration – this is another unusual feature that I use frequently. The watch can be set to automatically record heart rate and blood oxygen at a set interval during the day and then present that info in a bar graph on the watch and with more detail in the phone app.The KospetFit app that connects with the phone is smooth and covers all the bases for what you would expect from an app. The selection of dial faces is decent.I came across one feature that prompted me to reach out to tech support for feedback. The sleep function records sleep durations of less than three hours as “naps”. If sleep is interrupted during the night for a bathroom break, the sleep record won’t show up on the graph but will be listed on the watch’s sub-screen the next morning with the breaks. This nap data is not stored in the phone app.If you like the style of this watch, the operation and functionality are top-of-class in this price range. I highly recommend this watch!
Presentation â 5/5Box and packaging are great. Everything was wrapped and protected. Even had to use scissors to get the plastic off of the steel band. No nicks, no scratches or manufacturing defects. Even had a little customer service card with contact information.Accessories â 5/5The stainless steel strap was a little thinner than expected, but the brushed gunmetal looks fantastic. Had to learn how to remove the extra segments using the tool provided but it didnât take long (Ps, be aware of the arrows on the strap segments that indicate which way to push the pins OUT). Luckily, the fit was perfect once finished. The watch even comes with 2 microfiber cloths and an extra end pin which is a great touch. Weâll forgive the minor language inconsistencies in the manual.Comfort â 4.5/5Thankfully, the segments on the steel band donât pull on my arm hair, but once fitted, they do leave impressions on the skin at the end of the day. Honestly I don’t even feel it on. The silicone band is a better width for the watch case size imo â both thicker than my other smartwatch â so itâs a slightly better fit, despite it not looking as cool.Weight/size/profile â 4/5Although the specs only indicated a screen size of just over 1.4â (which is correct btw), keep in mind that this isnât the full case diameter, which also includes the outer bezel. The actual case diameter is over 1.7â with extra thickness and weight to match. Overall, I was rather expecting the watch to be significantly smaller, but it just tops out at my max weight for a comfortable fit. Any larger and heavier and I mightâve been disappointed. Unfortunately, due to its size and weight relative to my wrist and arm, I would find it a bit burdensome for exercise. Best to stick with something lighter and thinner for that purpose.Ease of Use â 5/5Absolutely no issues with the interface, which is basically a slightly upgraded version of my other watch. Touch sensitivity is about the same, but the screen is just SO much better. Didnât think an AMOLED screen would be this good but it is. Beautiful colours with no viewing angle problems, even in sunlight. The only cons are that there are only 4 brightness levels and the flashlight only has 1 (you have to go through the toolbox to use it too). Other than that, I love the scroll wheel/button, which lets you toggle through watch faces quickly and scroll through the menus at will. As for the bottom âsportâ button, itâs basically useless to me since I wonât be using it for exercise.App â 3.5/5Although it mentions GloryFit Pro on the webpage, the app is actually the standard GloryFit, which I was already using for my other smartwatch. It basically functions ok, but there are some minor tracking issues and it sometimes drops the connection when syncing new watch faces. There are more faces to choose from since this is the upgraded model, although you can only sync one at a time. There are other watches that allow you to download them directly to the watch and store them on board, but you can only keep one custom face with this one, in addition to the pre-installed faces.Features â 5/5Love that it comes with the flashlight feauture, but unfortunately thereâs no quick access to it and you have to go through the toolbox each time. But the calculator works so much better than my other watch. There are also more pre-installed faces and theyâre ALL significantly better imo; although many of the really cool-looking analog ones from the app donât look as cool in person. Ahh well. The alarm is the same as my other watch too â very annoying and with only one volume level. Normally, that would result in a deduction, but what redeems this bad boy is the magnificent ability for it to function as a stand-alone watch right out of the box. That means that you can set the date and time manually in the settings WITHOUT having to download the app. That alone merits full marks imo.Battery Life â 5/5For me, two weeks without a charge easy. The manual recommends charging it once a month, so theoreticallyâ¦.I guess it could last that long with a minimal face?Look/aesthetic â 5/5Like I mentioned above, I love the look of the gunmetal strap and shiny black case. Very elegant and functional. The silicone strap is still my go-to though, and swapping them takes about 15 seconds.Overall, despite the hiccup of that dang on board alarm and mediocre app, I honestly canât give this watch anything less than full marks. The screen itself is a significant step up from my older model, but the extra features and stand-alone capability simply make it a better deal. A huge thumbs up from me.
Works well and lots of apps with this watch tells you lots of info about 7 days battery life recharge in a hour . The glass front is strong never scratched yet and I’m hard on watches.
Stunning timepiece from its curved edge glass touchscreen to the rotary dial it adds style and convenience in a comfortable to wear smartwatch. Pairing over Bluetooth to its accompanying app is streamlined allowing me to reload watch dial themes, save its fitness sensor metrics and automatically pushes notifications onto the wrist.Wearing it on the wrist feels lightweight especially because the metallic black casing is undercoated in a plastic sensor module. Speaking of which, the HR and BP sensors on this smartwatch are fast synchronizing at about 2FPS rate and continuously keeps measurements that save onto the app wirelessly. In terms of accuracy, sensors are more or less ballpark estimates and can be off as wide as about 10 beats/min using green LEDs for optical and proximity. Functions like the stress/mood are merely for entertainment and don’t actually produce usable results but pedometer works quite well though. What makes this smartwatch different is the included mechanical dials and preloaded themes of which there are 14 different ones allowing me to customize its look as a fashion statement depending on what I’m wearing. The watch menus are intuitive because the rotary dial acts as a slider for easier navigation on the wrist. Its mostly designed for fitness, since there isn’t much in the way of apps aside from music, weather and notifications. Its sleek and stylish looking smartwatch that feels comfortable in the stainless steel clasp mechanism, while allowing me to sync up notifications. As a tool for sports, the caloric consumption and keeping an eye on sensors can come in handy for running on treadmills, playing soccer or even swimming. The multi sport modes are manual timer switches to sync dedicated measurements while other parts are automatic including the sleep stage detector.
This smart watch is a fantastic blend of style, comfort, and functionality. Here are my key observations after using it:Design and ComfortStrap Options: The watch comes with both a silicone strap and a metal one. I prefer the silicone strap for its comfort, making it suitable for 24-hour wear.Aesthetics: The watch looks great, making it a stylish accessory for any occasion.FeaturesWatch Faces: The number of available watch faces is incredible. You can even customize one with your own picture. The stem allows you to cycle through 14 different faces quickly, offering a fresh look whenever you want.Tracking Capabilities: The watch tracks a variety of metrics including steps, sleep, heart rate, oxygen level, mood, and weather. The exercise options accessible via the bottom button are also a plus for fitness enthusiasts. Some features like the alarm clock we’re disappointing as it vibrates and plays a sound for about 10 seconds and that’s it it never tries to wake you up again which I found absolutely disappointing and thought you’ve gotta be kidding what watch alarm is program like this. The calculator considering the size of the screen works well.PerformanceBuild Quality: The build quality is excellent. The screen has extremely vibrant colors, among the best I’ve seen on watches, except for very expensive ones. The speakers are surprisingly good for such a small device, contributing to the overall high quality.Sleep Tracking: While the sleep tracking isn’t necessarily accurate, it provides a useful comparison of each night’s sleep patterns.Battery Life: The battery life is phenomenal, lasting many days on a single charge, which is impressive.Setup and App ExperienceSetup Flexibility: The watch can be set up without installing the app if desired, although this means you won’t have access to all the features. This flexibility is great for those who prefer a simpler setup.GloryFit App: I did encounter an issue with the GloryFit app during a firmware update, which caused it to crash repeatedly. After trying various fixes, the solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app, which resolved the problem. This was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for others who might face a similar issue.ConclusionOverall, this smart watch is a great investment. Itâs comfortable, versatile, and packed with useful features. The ability to switch between multiple watch faces quickly and customize one with a personal picture adds a personal touch. The build quality, vibrant screen, and surprisingly good speakers enhance the overall experience. Despite the minor app issue, the watch’s performance and battery life make it a standout choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish smart watch, with the added benefit of being able to set it up without the app for a more straightforward experience.
