They run small
I have recently returned to a very cold climate – and have had to restock my entire base-layer long underwear supply since October. I checked the size of the other ones I have before ordering – and I have several – I wear them everyday – All the others are mediums – various brands and types -all fit well – I wanted to try these because I liked the color combination – and three more sets would mean I had enough for the rest of the winter. – They fit oddly. – Super tight going over the foot – Tight in the knees – to the point I wasn’t sure I would keep them that first day – and oddly a bit loose in the waist. Hmmm. The shirt is tight in the elbows – and fits great otherwise. They’re warm and soft – and clothes cover them very easily

I was kept very warm in 15 degree weather. I would offer that you size up to give your skin a little space to breathe.

Not long enough
I’m 5’5 and ordered a small. I have long arms and legs so they were too short for me. If I were to get a larger size it would be too big around. They have soft and comfy fabric. Not too thin either.
