Cute skirt, good quality, stretchy
I got a Large, fits very well and itâs my usual size, fabric feels nice and stretchy, going to get more of them in different colors, itâs a little less than knee length but still modest, just watch out while bending over, not see through at all

Pretty skirt
Love the silhouette of this skirt, and it is comfortable. I ordered one in blue and one in black. The black one had such a strong chemical odor to it for the longest time! I tried vinegar soaks, multiple washes, airing it outside, and it still has a bit of a weird smell. The blue one had no odor though.

Perfect dance skirt
I wasnât going to give it 5 stars for flattering, because at 5â 2â and 160 pounds, a flare skirt is not the most flattering shape on my body. I ordered the XL and it fit perfectly. I have a pear shaped body, and currently wear a size 12-14 in pants. My faultâ¦not the skirt!
If you wear a size small Iâm sure this skirt would look sexy! BF liked it on me.
HOWEVER⦠I needed a flare skirt because I am taking ballroom dance lessons. This is the best shaped skirt in order to be able to move properly and do the steps. IT IS PERFECT as a ballroom practice skirt!!!
The material is nice and has enough stretch to be flattering but not so much to be annoying. The wasteband is LLR type and very flattering considering my weight gain. The skirt falls right at my knee, and it twirls nicely when I spin! The fabric is a nice weight but not too thick. This skirt is comfortable.
I also got a navy one and it looks different because of the color, but I also love it.
Iâm probably going to order several more! I am so excited to finally be able to have skirts I can dance in!
Considering practice skirts on the dance sites cost about $100 each, the skirt is a steal!
Five star purchase all the way!

I LOVE THIS SKIRT
Let me repeat: I LOVE THIS SKIRT. I bought the knee-length black skirt two years ago, and it has held up like a CHAMP. It’s been washed at least 30 times, and still looks good as new. No pulls, the elastic waist is still tight and the color is perfect. It comes out of the dryer ready to wear and doesn’t wrinkle. It’s got great movement and gives a lovely flare when you twirl. It’s fantastic. I’ve worn it once a week for the last two winters (in Connecticut) with leggings under it, and have been perfectly comfortable. Bare-legged, it’s completely fine in the spring and fall as well; on a straight-up hot summer day, the elastic waist can get a little warm, but it’s effectively an all-weather skirt. I cannot say enough good things about it. I own two of the shorter ones as well (which are a little short for the office, but just as durable as the longer ones), and have the knee-length polka-dot one on the way. This skirt is a bargain and a half.
Size-wise, I’m 5’5″ and 120 lbs; slim build with some muscle. I bought the skirt in a L when I weighed 135, and this crazy skirt still fits comfortably now. The elastic is incredibly forgiving.
**SIZING UPDATE** I received my polka-dot long skirt this week, and the L is WAY too big. The waist is definitely larger than it was on the three skirts I bought in size L two years ago (I compared them directly after trying the new one on). I switched it out for a M, which is a much better fit, and even a S would probably be fine. The material and quality of the skirt does not appear to have changed, just the waist size.
Buy this skirt. You will not regret it. It’s tough as nails, versatile and elegant. You will love it too.

It’s fine… Not great.
This is fine. I thought about returning it, but I kept it. The thing I don’t love is the fabric. It has kind of a weird polyester texture that I don’t love. The fit is just fine, and it is cute. I just don’t love the fabric.

Excellent for the price!
I got the midi skirts in red and royal blue. Fit: I most often wear a 12 in skirts from major retailers and an l to xl in most tops. I wear skirts at my natural waist and an XL fit perfectly with no awkward squish- it fits like a glove. I did pick up XL instead of L (going off measurements in the description). Google recommended an L but I knew with a purely elastic waist I did not want any muffin top, as I wear my tops tight- the XL pulls up and sits on my waist nicely. I am 5’2″ and the length comes right below my knees, perfect for work (again, I wear mine on my natural waist, so it may be higher on me). The fabric is not quality- BUT it is nice quality for the price…and if you take care of it, you’ll be fine. I love the swoosh and it hangs off my hips and drapes nicely-perfect amount of fabric. Very feminine- I’m already looking at more.

Tall person approved!
Ordered size M, had to change to S.
Thatâs exactly what I was looking for: stays perfectly on the waste, nice length. Iâm 180 cm/5â11 tall, and itâs just ~4 inches/10 cm above the knees.
Fabric is nice, not see through.

this is the second skirt I’ve ordered from this brand, the first was the velvet mini (in size large), and comparatively this skirt (size medium, midi length) has more stretch in the waistband. the length is lovely, and worn at my waist falls a little longer than the velvet mini worn at my hips. it’s a great length, and a very comfortable fabric. it is indeed noticeably textured as other reviews noted, but I don’t see this as a flaw. it is a brighter red than I expected, but not extremely so. in terms of transparency, it seems more opaque than the first skirt I ordered, and the fabric seems thicker and more substantial.
it is worth noting with this particular skirt, given the stretch in the fabric, I could have sized down and gotten a small for a closer fit at my natural waist. however, with the medium I can easily wear it at my hips or high-waisted.
I had intended to get the black version of this midi, and the fit is nice enough that I may get it as well when it restocks. this brand does live up to its hype, imo. the skirts are basic wardrobe staples, and seem sturdy enough, but time will tell with regard to that.
update – when I saw the black midi restocked I ordered it. and having been wearing it, as well as the red midi and the black crushed velvet mini, my conclusion here is that these skirts are excellent given the price. they’re all incredibly comfortable but about these midis specifically, the length is perfect. maybe a bit short for some but I’d say that’s subjective and depends on height and personal comfort zones. the waistband yes, does move. the elastic is not stitched into the band, which is fine. it’s a very minimal adjustment to fix the elastic. overall, I love these skirts. very comfortable, opaque, versatile. at this price point I’m not expecting to spend the rest of my life with them but that’s ok.
