Easy assembly, great price
Easy to put together. Great product for the price. Sturdy. Looks nice. Holds a lot of shoes and coats.

Works very well and as intended
I love the color, and the spaces for storage of items. I finally have a place to keep all my hats on top, my coats hung up instead of on the back of a chair, and all my shoes and boots will fit down below. Also a place to sit while taking them off or putting them on. Very handy, and the price is decent too for what you get. Not too expensive, but not a cheap piece of junk either.

Easy assembly, beautiful!
This was literally the easiest furniture assembly ever. I thought it would be complicated because it’s so big but everything was organized and instructions couldn’t have been more clear. I’m not a very handy person and it took me 45 minutes max.

Nice product
This is a nice product. It was easy to assemble holds 3 backpacks nicely but can hold more. I would definitely secure to wall if you have small children.

Perfect size
This rack sits in a narrow hallway and works beautifully. It’s tall rather than wide so it holds everything I’d like to put there without taking up too much space. It was easy to put together. It’s also very good looking.

Almost had to return
I nearly had to return this, which would have been a nightmare considering. During assembly, there are 2 main pieces that slide together, which you then have to secure with a screw, for the back frame. After assembling everything up until that point, one of the two metal frame pieces would not slide down completely where the screw opening was. It was stuck. Neither of the pieces looked bent or damaged in any way. They were the correct pieces. I was unable to complete the assembly and had a large unfinished project sitting in my entryway until I received help. My bf was able to use a block of wood to pound the top piece upward and remove it from its stuck position on the bottom piece. Rather than go through the nightmare of returning it, he used WD40 and some of my barber blade oil to lubricate the 2 pieces excessively, then used a hammer and a block of wood to pound the 2 pieces down together. Some of the metal corner for the bottom piece shaved off during that process to allow the top piece to slide down. It took me a total of 2 minutes to finish assembling the remaining pieces, but the lack of precision in 2 of the main pieces caused quite a bit of frustration. I’d rather spend more money on a higher quality piece in the future. I don’t think it will take much to damage this item to an unusable state. The picture I included shows the position the 2 main frame pieces became stuck at, an entire inch from where it was meant to simply slide onto.

The board that holds the hook is garbage. A bit of weight on the hook and it falls off. Will have to replace with a 2×4
