Great nanny cam
The only issue I have is when I call the camera it doesn’t make a noise it just shows my face so unless someone is looking at the camera no one will know I am trying to call it. Besides that it works amazing and has great picture.

App crashed and I canât re-open it! Terrible customer service!
The camera and video downloads were working well for weeks, until the app crashed and I canât re-open it. I entered my account info and password. The password wasnât accepted, so I requested to create a new one, was given a verification code to do so, but was kept given âverification code timed outâ messages even though I entered it quickly (within 60 seconds). I have tried reaching out via email to 3 different departments and have not heard back from them.
I used this camera to keep an eye on my elderly Mom, and communicate with her. Now, Iâm worried about her safety and well-being as I canât see or chat with her via the camera.
Originally I thought this was a great purchase. Now, they have my credit card info, and I canât get back into the app to even cancel my subscription.

Best camera/video phone ever
This was the best $40 I ever spent! I bought 2 and I’m gonna buy 1 or 2 more. It automatically answers on the other end when you call to check on your child or your pet when you are away. I love it!!!!! I’d give it 1000 stars if I could!

Inexpensive, does a good job
Needed more wrtten directions for both set-up and use. I had to “google” product and watch some “you Tubes”” to make sure it was set up correctly.

Problem finding correct TF card for this camera.
I bought this camera and I like the 360 degree surveillance but its difficult to find a TF Card to use in the slot to review past videos. I suggest that the Seller package the compatibke card with the camera for convenience for the buyer. Other Sellers fo that and I am happy gor that. Pls tell me the correct card because I bought the recommended PNY and it clicks but not seating inside the TF slot. Its projecting out.

that you can do live face calls, watch the home or persons in the home, this is the second one, i don’t even have a usb but it downloads to my phone, but i watch live. make live calls where ever i am, waiting for the rest of the family clan to get one to join in and do a watch party and join live calling, spy in their homes, lol! mostly speak to the pets if no one’s home. ty
